I think due to so low quantity, rio doesn't have to be a massive loss. 0.25€ per capsule from sale and right when the sale ends, could probably dump them for 0.22€-0.24€ on the market, or wait 4-6 months to get 0.25€-0.26€ back. Just my guess though
Next major stickers will have good holo effects in the same quality of stockholm nothing too fancy bit more vibrant then antwerp and rio however will have a big tournament border placing it somewhere in between pgl and rio major in terms of quality, will be underbought because of rio and will be very profitable for some other reason. Remind me when blast major happens.

I also made this comment expecting rio stickers to perform bad because personally they look horrible on crafts but turns out when a new spankin cs game is coming out this summer, everything including the worse (rio, rmr and starladder stickers) rise in price. And therefore its true, paris stickers are most certainly not going to be undersupplied. That being said I could still be right about the design.

Do you really think that boosting the sticker sales of Rio will help the pricing of Antwerp and Stockholm, just because there will be more of them on the market? The reason why Kato 14's are so expensive is because the supply was low, AND the stickers were fantastic, so with Rio stickers being as BAD as they are, do you think the prices of those would still go up enough and encroach on Antwerp and Stockholm resales down the road just bc supply is lower?
Not a question of the market itself it's just a question of how much valve wants to make per major as the competitive ecosystem does not exist without sticker money. If complaints are made the new sticker set may be desirable to make up for lost revenue. I personally don't think low/high market supply of rio will change anything for antwerp/stockholm
time to make a new katowice 2015-ish sticker design with a good background, they already atempted a DH2014 with rio 2022 and kato 19 is just like cologne 2014
@@ptreeNA I'm not spending a penny on Rio anyway. I have a feeling that the next major stickers are gonna be very unique and although, they'll most likely be better than Rio, I doubt they'll surpass Stockholm and Antwerp.
