From what I think, that incident happened like a year ago. People still hate united and calling BS. I flew united 6 times and TBH they were great. Every airline makes mistakes so why isnt people roasting american for kicking a whole family off a plane? EVERY AIRLINE MAKES MISTAKES NOT JUST UNITED.

Thanks! But they were wrong. And I’m not saying that other airlines don’t do it, it just happened to get more attention and media coverage. Their service in the last 10 years has gone down though. They used to be a leisure carrier, but now they have transitioned into low-cost.

I flown on united twice since im near Newark and no secret united is a dominate player in Newark I flown with them twice to Houston and LA their not bad little complaints was food and wifi connectivity but they gotten me from point A to B in no time

Great review! I think it's a bad idea for United to place the crew call buttons on the armrest. People could accidentally press on it.

QFS Aviation why didn’t they serve free snacks nor drinks on this flight? United actually introduces free snacks in Feb 2016. Did the flight attendent say they don’t have free snacks even after Feb 2016? Are you sure they didn’t have them?

Since this is night flight I thought United would provide blankets pillows and a meal

I think they still allow you to bring your own gourmet food, but no chef
so what is the difference between eco and eco plus? complimentray Food?
I was sitting in eco plus and was awake for more than half the flight. They did not serve anything
7:55 I don't think there's IFEs on United 777-200s' economy seats, but how can you watch the safety video?
That was the red eye wasn’t it. I don’t think anything is served in first class either

Sad what United has become over the years - used to be when you booked a ticket on United, you knew you were flying on a comfortable plane, with good service, meals, and employees who took ownership of their company. Now it’s just pure shit.
Even more sad that their planes carry the Continental globe on their tails. I’ll never get used to that
Yeah, I agree :(. I miss flying the tulip and the battleship grey. Since the merger, they went from above-average leisure carrier to some low-cost airline like Frontier.
