To be free in my body.
From its story, trauma, from the narrative I tell myself, from what people project onto my body.
The mind and the body are one and the same , why do I feel trapped in my body ?

D’être libre dans mon corps.
De son histoire, son traumatisme, la narration que je me raconte, de ce que d’autres personnes peuvent projeter sur mon corps.
Le corps et l’esprit sont un, alors pourquoi je me sens prisonnière dans mon corps ?
