Funcionario Municipal Prohíbe Ingreso De Ciclista A Predios De La Alcaldía

A pesar de la nueva Ley Municipal De La Bicicleta promulgada por este mismo gobierno municipal, funcionarios de la Plaza Colon actúan como perros guardianes prohibiendo el ingreso de personas con bicicletas a este predio. A pesar de ser este un edificio público y del inmenso espacio que existe dentro, la Alcaldía no ha provisto ni un solo espacio para el parqueo de ciclistas dentro y/o fuera de este predio.

Despite a new municipal law that establishes public buildings to provide space for parking of bicycles, these individuals still behave like guardian dogs barking to anyone who dares to visit the municipal offices on a bike and stop anyone who tries to enter with one, despite having lots of space inside.
