I went to all three days in Chicago and had general admission for two of the days. The crowd was lifting people over their heads who had got crushed to the first aid stations and others were being pulled out up onto the stage. This was at a Queen Concert I was safe in the stands now many Countries in Europe have the same health and safety laws we have in the UK for stadium concerts everyone has to have a seat and yes you don't have sit on it and you might be allowed into the safety isles between the sets of seats on the football field part of the stadium but you have to return to your seat when the security people ask you to as the aisles are from emergency evacuation so must not get blocked. Yes I've seen BTS at Wembley Stadium.
