How long can you hold your breath? But what about me, how long can I last underwater compared to Casper? Not much of a comparison there 😂 he blows any human out of the water, but I did just hit my new personal record breath hold!! I was training with my master freediver friend @rosiekmoore and I was able to hit FIVE MINUTES!! I’m so excited, me new static apnea record! I was really struggling at the end there and when I popped up I was fine for a second or two then almost blacked out, it was crazy! Shows the importance of only training like this with professionals! Remember all the gators you see me working with are rescue nuisance gators, caught from the wild as big as you see them now! The state kills 7k-8k each year.
