Bhai jb boiled bna rhe ho butter. Fry ku ki sab bekar krdiya 😢
All nutrients,fibre, vitamins will go with the boiled water. It's better to steam the veggies & then saute.
So ad some lemon in that water and drink and eat vegetables as he cooked
