the fact that most of people don't know what or where Uzbekistan is when they ask where I'm from just hurts me but after seeing you guys and other peoples vlogs about Tashkent just makes me so happy like people are coming here and loving this city. Thank you for visiting and just so you guys know, Uzbek people love it when they see or hear that there are foreigners coming to our country because it makes us proud that there are people out there who know our country and our culture.

And while walking here & there with my father, he kept saying that Tashkent is more beautiful and cleaner country than turkey that he visited before. I was like how is it possible? In my eyes that time turkey has a very beautiful places and quiet clean (of course way more cleaner than Egypt). After heard so many times what he kept saying and fyi my dad is some kind of person that rarely excited and impressed about something, but when he kept saying Tashkent this Tashkent that, i like holy god i must go there myself! Greetings from Uzbekistan, glad you stayed in Tashkent and didn't use it just as a checkpoint. Actually, there are international food chains like KFC, wendy´s, paul and so on. and instead of that "scary-even-for-locals" mountain lift, you should have gone to Amirsoy, it's much nicer and everything is the same as in Europe since the swiss company has built it. Other than that, for future travelers, visit churches and mosques of Tashkent, and of course Soviet modernist buildings, they are stunning. Loved your video:) p.s. the one you showed as a library was actually a symposium, the library was the next, bigger building.
