In this mini-series on bending and balance, Arnar Bjarki Sigurðarson (B.Sc. in Riding and Riding instructions and FEIF breeding judge) teaches his sister Glódis Rún. He focuses on correct bending of the horse which plays a crucial role in daily training and in improving the balance and gaits of the horse. In four different parts he teaches about natural crookedness, bending work in trot, figure eights in tölt and shoulder-in in tölt.
