    In my edition the run with the harmonics is all one down bow except for the last note. It makes me want to cry tbh

    What a singing! Reminds me sitting in nature and watching the river and listening to the streams. And suddenly a bird singing. Bravo bro! 🤜🏻🤛🏻

    Nice -- clear, graceful, easy (looking!), and flowing.
    I don't know if I can use my 4th finger up in thumb position like that, but I'll give it a try, now!

    This is so good! I’m crying in cello right now considering I’m going to have to learn one of these in two weeks soon for an audition. Definitely going to be returning to see how I should play.

    You get a fine sound out of that instrument. Is it a Morrison?

      A bit of liberty with the bowings…hah. And pizzicato at the end! I play it that way too. The arco forte just doesn’t work. Well done.

    Bravo. I copied some of your fingerings. They worked really well for me. Do you know if the marked fingerings in my Schirmer edition comes from Popper himself? Can't find a named editor.

    • @alexanderhersh
      @alexanderhersh  Месяц назад

      Thank you so much🙏! I’m not sure about the editor of the fingerings in the Schirmer edition. I learned it off of the International edition which is edited by Stutch but I try and use my own fingerings whenever the editor’s suggestion doesn’t fit my hand
