How is the road condition from new mal junction to chisang? Is it safe for travel by SUV for a pregnant woman?
Yeah, the plain roads are lovely, however the hilly roads are not that great however, it ok to travel in a a SUV.

Can i book a private car from Malbazar and stay in Chisang and do sightseeing for 2 days? What are the accomodation facilities for driver?
Yes, you can. Driver's accommodation facility is there with most of all homestays. now the tariff depends. round about 500-700. now you can negotiate wit driver to pay by him or you also can pay on behalf of him.
