There needs to be accountability and have better guidelines for sentencing. A prime example I have was our wild child who was put on probation when he was caught doing a B & E with his friends. Before he was off probation he was busted with different friends doing the same thing. He was given additional time on probation. The girl that joined them and was the look-out was given time in Juvenile Detention one her first offence by THE SAME JUDGE! Where is the deterrent here for my kid?
