i got also my k12 karaoke and it's still new. i think i use it only 3x but now it's not working anymore/ can't turn on' i already charge it for how many hours. but still the say' how can i fix this
I am facing the battery back up issue after changing for some time It runs only for 5 minutes, do you know which battery to use if you want to replace the existing one.
Mine prompt "power on, bluetooth mode on, ping , power off" even while charging blue LED is not on and may be it isnt charging. Can someone rectify the problem
