A little hint for Morant's Curve especially in the winter. Go out to Field and hang out, grab a coffee and wait for an eastbound train to leave. If you take your time going back to Morant's, the train should be along in about 30 minutes or so. You could even stop at Spiral Tunnels or grab another coffee at Laggan's in Lake Louise.
So glad your video found me! We go to Banff at least once a year and some of these are completely new. Thanks for the insights!
Thanks for watching! I really appreciate it 🤘🏻❤️

Well done
Thanx!
amazing! Thank you
Thanks for watching! I appreciate ti.
Regarding Morant's curve train direction; Every train I have observed has an Engine or two at each end of the train, so that both East and and West bound trains will appear to be coming towards you in still shots, and video can be reversed in post processing. As a humorous aside, when you have a Camera and tripod setup, be prepared for one tourist after another to ask you when the train is coming.
Good stuff. Planning to be in the area in the next two weeks. Didn’t realize moraine lake was closed to personal vehicles.
Fall and winter are my favourite time to photograph Banff!!
So glad that I was able to make it to Banff last Fall and photograph most of the places you mentioned. Incredibly beautiful. No wonder people come from all over the world to visit.
Thanks for watching! Banff is an amazing place. One of My favorite places on the planet. Cheers buddy!🤘🏻❤️
Nice one Huch!
Thanks! I've been to Banff 3 times now but still never knew about that pool at Cascade Garden! I also saw that gate at Castle Junction but never went in as we weren't sure if it was allowed. Now I know!
Funny enough I have one video on my channel and it's of a large brown bear on Castle Junction just before the train tracks lol.
Some of my favorite less crowded spots that are super easy to get to: Vermillion Lakes (multiple spots), Two Jack Lake by the chairs or it's own "spirit island" and Mt. Norquay especially at sunset and Mt. Rundle glows.
A Griz sighting is always so magical! Love Love Love! Thanks for watching!
thanks so much! i will find these places one by one!
Love spot #1
Best couple ever!🤘🏻
All great spots. As far as parking at Moraine - I am a little surprised. If the only access becomes the shuttle service then good luck doing sunrise photography during the summer. Maybe before the road closes in October? I actually stopped going to Moraine because of the road and parking situation.
It’s definitely over crowded and has been for years. I agree sunrise photography at Moraine is up on the air for sure.
@@photohuchAren’t there bus shuttle companies that will get you there very early ?
Yes, but they’re booked pretty far out and depending on what company, it can add up.
@@robertgravel5160 Price is generally between 35-65 CAD at least it was this year. It varies depending on date/time and company.
What a tasty tasty video 😅
Thanks for checking in out 🤘🏻
