Ok so at the beginning of Somebody, the 1st time I heard it I thought something some other artist was featured and singing. He’s so versatile. Really love that song. The song is produced and mixed so well. Plus, of course JK’s voice is impeccable
“A hate you lullaby” only JK can make us swoon while saying he hates us 😂
"Hate You" and "Shotglass Full of Tears" are both beautiful, haunting and heartbreaking. He sings with such emotion.
I love the album golden but "Hate you" is my personal favourite from the album 💜

Álbum Is masterpiece
Hate You is beautiful, and I think JK was confident that ARMY would like it because he's done so many beautiful covers and ballads on v live for ARMY, and they're always so well received. It's a song that showcases his emotional vocal ability. Somebody is such a sidestep. At first, I didn't think it was him, but the more you listen, the more you hear his voice. This track firmly displays how he can kill different genres and different vocal tones. He has always said that he aspires to be a singer that can sing all/multiple genres. Golden proves that he can. It is a stunning debut solo album for the main vocalist in the world's biggest global group. There is only one Jeon Jungkook 🥰💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
You must listen to him sing Somebody live at his concert in Seoul! His voice is insanely beautiful and versatile! It’s now my favorite song. 💜

I don't know about a lullaby. It's a sad ballad for sure and it's the one song on the album that makes me tear up every time I hear it.

In Apple Music interview, he said that none of the songs in the album are personal. "Hate You" was written by Shawn Mendez. Jk picked the songs according to the different genres and to have a cohesive flow to the album. attraction, to falling in love to break up, and feelings after a breakup.
Don't understand how people come up with different theories about "who broke JK's heart,", "He was hard on himself and stayed back to practice hard, it is personal and he is writing about himself", etc.
If those who know JK well know he is someone who can really put emotion to the songs he sings. All the covers that he has done are a prime example.
In another interview ha said that the album songs reflect all the feelings he has had himself!

alright i am say this..the guys from bts has said so many times each song can be a different meaning to everyone... everyone has their own interupts of what a song means to them...thats what beautiful about music. I myself was surprised, for previously I had heard his words that the songs were not about his personal life. And now I see that they can reflect his own feelings too. Why not if he himself selected them, probably according to his life experience?
@@irinavlasova4875 As a JK bias who has watched every content about him, I don't think he said anything about it. As none of the songs were written by him, but selected from a pool of songs he received from HYBE America, it is impossible to claim as his personal experience. Either there is a translation error or there are many fake news outlets that come up with BS.
The main interviews he gave were the one where he talked with Korean media, Apple music interviews and spotipoly.
JK went back to Korea the day after his TSX stage.

As a non English speaker, I am curious. What do u think of his pronunciation in Hate you? i thought the singer was a native American when I first listened to this song on the radio. I know he's still learning English, but this is just cool.

When a singer write a song, it doesn't mean he experienced it.. sometimes they got inspiration from other people's experience.. hate you is actually relatable to many... Not for me but i should send it to someone so he can move on.. most bts song resonate to my situation, but this one hits differently. I love this song and it goes towards me... Hate me instead if it will help you heal😔
For me whole album is a rollercoaster of emotions and i were feeling so deep while listening and suddenly somebody started and i were like whatttt????? Who is he? but soon after seconds i realized its actually him JEON JUNGKOOK mannn... Ohhh goshhhh. The definition of Versatile is JUNGKOOK 💜
