misha gave me a beyonce tease when the video started, like she just standing there hair blowing looking like a diva ready to slay 😍 that girl is just a beast.
You can say she is cocky and look like Grace Jones all you want, but Traci is a FANTASTIC instructor! I always find myself in awe when I see her dance team, and thick they are probably one of the best teams out here. I find it funny how Lifetime shows us the long stand battles between these two teams but give us shorter versions of the other teams! That must tell you something right there.
P.S.: When are we going to see the Prancing Tigerettes again. I think they are also a well put together team, just like Dancing Dolls, YCDT Supastarz, and Purple Diamonds.

I love different aspects of the teams when they battle.I love the fact that diana is setting up stuff,so her girls can get scholarships and traci is setting her girls up to perform.I wish both teams of girls luck.
Both teams are good and have phenomenal instructors! Both teams are blessed to have dance coordinators who have a past with many different styles of dancing. Both teams can learn from each other. Florida is a state with many different ethics and diversity, so their style is different, and Mississippi has a style of southern tradition dancing. Both captains from DD4L and YCDT are beautiful and shows leadership amongst their team. I enjoy the show, and I live Mrs D and Tracy. I wish we had a dance studio with experiences choreographers as them. Keep up the good work, and remember, a competition only show expression for the length of time not a lifetime. Negative words and emotions reflects children!

I love watching YCDT Superstars, they clothes, hair, routines be on point and I also love Traci...great Rival! I do feel that the dancing dolls is a little out of shape, they look very winded and out of breath barely making those toe touches, but nonetheless I'm still a fan of the team and Diana...

Traci has those girls in uniform EVERY time they battle from their hairstyles down to their shoes. I noticed that they all had the same weave. Wow. That's a little much, its great visually though.

When you are looking for it the fact that the YCDT dancers all have identical body types is very obvious. And that is fine, but it does make them able to look uniform and to do moves the same way. The Dancing Dolls have a wide representation of body types and that is usually a strength, but against this team they look like they are all over the place and not as uniform as YCDT.
its not a wide representation of body types. some of them are just out of shape. traci makes her girls work out too and it shows
Facts!!! I danced from an early age into college. We were required to run a mile, 500 crunches, stretch for about 1.5 hours before we even started practicing a routine... Traci clearly is training her girls on and off the dance floor.

You'll all honestly complain about the wrong things. Both squads are entertaining. Mrs.D know exactly what she's doing. Being a former HBCU dancer, it's understandable if there's not time to come up with new stands. We, hbcu dancers, usually repeat routines if we on the road until the next hone game. It teaches time to teach. Let's not forget she had creative dance, uniforms, stands and props to worry about. Seeing the whole battle, DD came with alot of new material but ycdt came for vengeance. Just like The Dolls did the second battle.

Mrs. D could come up with some BOMB stands for the Supastarz. I feel like she is holding back. The next time that they see them Supastarz, DD4L needs to give them the BUSINESS.
I have always said that they will slay Doll type stands. But I think the guy made up some of these stands. They were different for the Dolls and I liked it.
DatRiteDere I feel like Mrs. D isn't giving enough. When she battles YCDT she has to have a comeback for EVERYTHING they are going to throw at them. The dolls killed their stands though. I just need something FRESH. I liked the handstand gun that was cool.
She need some outside help to honest. I don't think she push them to their capabilities. Like you say she needs freshness. Everybody wanna say "that's their style" but being that they are on TV every week you got to switch it up...especially going against a team as talented as YCDT.
DatRiteDere I know that its harder on them since they battle weekly. I just feel like she's got to dedicate time to making sure the dolls come harder when battling them. It's not impossible to beat them, I just feel like she's gotta do research like Traci did. We've got enough material online to get them back good.
***** Leon G I can't make excuses for them. They are better than that and I can't blame them, I gotta blame Dianna. These are some of the best stands I have seen from them since I start watching the show...I did not watch the first season. Dianna allow them to feel like they were the shit when battling mediocre teams, when in actuality they were sloppy and mediocre themselves. So when they do battle teams like YCDT, their best is not good enough. You have to have that same drive every performance.
To me it was a tie, but if I had to pick a winner, I would've picked ycdt, Tamia served face as usual. Love me some Tamia

I don't care for Traci, but she's an awesome instructor! Her team is precise. I would love to see them collab with the dolls! Every episode they are on lifetime gives them extra time; I wonder if a show is in their future? The dolls did their thing as usual, but I think them doing bad in the creative dance weighed on their spirits. The judges probably already had points against them before they started. Also, why didn't they get dude a uniform? With the girls being in all black, it really looks bad!

The dancing dolls are so haphazard to me. They never complete any of their moves, they just do them, just to do them. Their kicks are sloppy, their toe-touches are low. They look fatigued. I can never get into the dancing doll's stands, because they're just so lackadaisical and mundane.

She said Kayla and Tamia had horrible technique and that Kayla and Sunjai was looking around looking intimidated.

I thought the same thing. I was like what is she seeing that we don't cause those girls didn't look scared or the least unbothered. Frustrated yes but scared definitely not. Neva tried to say the same thing when they battled her girls that the dolls looked like they didn't know what to do next or something like that but when the camera showed them they looked completely unphased. Much like this battle.
Lola Belle N dlock I have to agree with Traci on this on. Kayla usually has a smirk on her face while calling the stand, it wasn't there. She looked down most of the time. Tamiami spun was cleary absent this battle. And her other comment was referred to SunJai and Tamia noticeably messing up
Who won
Mrs. Diana needs to condition her girls if not people are going to get tired of the poor execution and sloppiness and ratings will be awfully low which could result in talking the show off the air. Here are some tips that can improve their performance and execution
During, practice try to make the girls wear the same attire when they are practicing stands it will make it easier for Mrs. D and the girls themselves to really observe how their bodies are moving, because if all of the girls are wearing different colors and clothing it can be distracting, which causes confusion in dance movements. So, maybe a red crop top shirt with red shorts that won't constrict movement will be helpful!
Secondly, exercising and conditioning the girls WILL HELP TREMENDOUSLY. The more muscle mass the girls have it will increase their metabolism which results in them loosing weight and they will look great and lean! Now, in previous episodes I saw that Mrs. Dianna was making the girls run which is a good cardio workout, but doing it every once and a while WILL NOT help, but if she keeps it consistent then gradually over time the girls will look lean and healthy, but she needs to let the girls lift small weights like 5lbs. - 25lbs and work on balance, stamina, and acro-body.
Furthermore, Stretching is MOST CERTAINLY NEEDED when it comes to dancing. Usually after 1 hour when your muscles are tensed and warmed up from exercising that's THE BEST time to stretch out your muscles. When I see the girls perform these contortionists movements I get frightened because they are not doing it properly and I hardly ever see them stretch. Now I usually see the girls do kicks, splits, middle splits, and leg extensions improperly. So straddle stretches, lunges, pigeon stretches with help and there are other stretches for the lower body you just have to do research. Now, for death drop you have to have back flexibility particularly lower back in this case because when I see the girls do death drops they cannot go past their heads NOW MRS. D AND CALEDA execute death drops properly, because they are suppose to look deadly.
So, hopefully y'all find my constructive criticism helpful and try to spread the word around and help the Dancing Dolls improve themselves because they are truly talented young ladies BYE!

I love to watch Misha dance! She is full of energy and is always on point. I have to be honest,
I like to watch Kayla to but lately she does seem a bit more sluggish, She is still a beast but I want more from her on the dance floor. The while squad needs to step up their game and come up with something new. I respect Kayla and admire her drive and determination, she is awesome. However, the Miami is giving them the compatition they need, and keep them on their toes. The superstarz are the only reason I still watch the show, Besides Tamia, and the baby's. The episodes have gotten boring this season and are losing their quality. I'm ready to see a new face of the squad. The Miami is better at technique, staying in sink, energ, they are in better shape, and everytime I see them, they have new stands. Also, I like to watch the stunts they do. People talk about Traci being over the top( which I'll admit, She is) but Diana is not better. Everything they lost her team burst into tears, and She throws a hissy fit. She teaches them good morals, but she oversteps her boundaries at times. people always say, dancing dolls are the best because they have a show, which is not true. Are you forgetting, without other team like the Miami team, purple diamonds, prancing tigerettes, and so on the dancing dolls would be nothing? Because they'd have no competition To battle! That's what made them step outside the box. Besides, who knows how bring it! got started? Anyways, Diana should let those girls rest, she has them doing way to much.

Thank you! DD was not the only team in the south that was offered a show. The pitching for the show was to throw a lot of drama in it and other teams didn't want to exploit their girls like the or didn't have any drama to offer. I believe Purple Diamonds was one if my memory serves correctly. OBVIOUSLY DDP ghetto a**** have more than enough so they got it. Don't get me wrong the first season when they had Kayla, Kalina (spell check), Tamia and the other seniors they we're doing the damn thing. Not so much now though.

SU band director turned it down because of the secretcy of the SU band organization as a whole. Sent them back to Dianna because he thought having a competition show for the future of dance would be a better idea. Bring it producers ran with it. contacted Dianna once again, then she turned it down because of her past. sent producers to PD, Divas of OB, And the tigerettes. PRODUCERS want satisfied and can't back to Dianna and told her either her, or no sitter at all. state facts

YCDT OMG just chills everytime I see them perform especially Misha she's just serving 💙💜. The Dancing Dolls did okay I loved their "Ken doll" stand it was like the best stand they used in the entire battle. I agree with most comments about the Dolls looking exhausted and out of shape. But I don't agree with them not being able to hold their own. They have good moments but they don't really dance full out and aren't always in sync I will say that. Knowing what type of team your going up against i felt like Diana should have made a few new stands because the ones they used weren't as strong for the Superstars routine. The superstars are a contemporary dance team they utilize a little bit of everything in their stand which makes it seem more fun to watch as opposed to the dolls only using majorette. Plus Traci makes her girls train hard from what I seen from the clips at practice no wonder they are always in good shape and on point. Shout out to Miami for bringing something new and fun to the table and being the only competition for the Dolls. I love everything about them. As far as the Dolls they continue to grow and get better with their technique and endurance has improved tremendously over the past few seasons and their new stands have definitely surpassed these season 2 stands lol. I wish YCDT comes back one day and challenges the Dolls to a rematch. That would make the internet blow up. And remember grown folks these are young ladies dancing stop saying mean things. It's just dance lol
