Я усердно занимаюсь словарём. Joined Befluent and made flashcards for all the new vocabulary. The quizzes on Befluent really help reinforce all the new words. The bite-size lessons are also very helpful. Still come back to your RUclips videos to kickstart the 50 new words for the week. Really appreciate your teaching style.

You definitely need to do a course on Old Slavic, or even Church Slavic..Catholics have Latin and Russians have Church Slavic..everyone loves old languages. Definitely something to think about

When I took Russian at a university, the professor (Ukrainian) pronounced США more like С-ша, slurring the Ш and А. I wonder if it's a dialect difference?

In Finland we call Belarus Valkovenäjä (White Russia), which is a direct translation of its Russian name.

В России правильно говорить Белоруссия, но сами белорусы называют свою страну Беларусь. Вот в чём разница. В последнее время многое в России тоже стали говорить Беларусь (я в том числе).
