Qui-Gon's Thoughts on Anakin Becoming Vader

- Dark Lord: The Rise of Darth Vader novel by James Luceno is an amazing book from when George Lucas owned Lucasfilm (no longer canon). I would love to see aspects and parts of this book to be put into the Kenobi show on Disney plus. I think the internal struggle of Kenobi learning that Anakin survived and is deeper in the dark side now as Vader, would be an interesting dilemma to see. Qui-Gon Jinn can be heard here in this scene to help Obi-Wan Kenobi cope with learning that Vader is alive and that Anakin's destiny will be decided by the force.
This also shows us that Qui-Gon is very aware of what's going on with Anakin and how he has singlehandedly changed the fate of the galaxy, the Jedi via Order 66 and gave rise to Palpatine.
Let me know what you are looking forward to seeing in Kenobi coming to Disney plus, probably in a few years.

Yes! Agree
Quigon saying "he is imprisoned to the darkside" instead of saying "Anakin is lost to the darkside" is actually pretty meaningful, means that Quigon felt that Anakin was still there whereas Obiwan and Ahsoka simply gave up on Anakin and felt that he was lost forever, Quigon still had hope in Anakin 😢

If I remember correctly Liam Neeson said he's always ready/willing to dust off his old Lightsaber to come back as Qui-Gon, Qui-Gon and Maul were and have been my favorite movie characters since my kid self first saw Phantom Menace and I'd love to see Liam Neeson return
Qui-Gon is one of my favorite jedi despite having so little screen time. I'd love if they made a prequel with adventures of younger Qui-Gon.
see like Liam Neeson is even happy to come back the role, and even tho he might look older irl now, they can still use him. having Qui Gon as a force ghost in the Kenobi show would be perfect, and they wouldn’t even need de aging cus whos to say force ghosts don’t age a bit? 😂 but anyways another idea, they can also de age him some scenes like maybe flashbacks to when Kenobi was a padawan i think that would fit really well into the show

It's a shame we don't see young Kenobi and Qui Gon meeting
I really want to see Qui-gon's Force Ghost telling a depressed and defeated looking Obi-wan that Anakin is still the Chosen One and that there is Light deep inside of him. To which Obi-wan will answer "No Master, he's been consumed by the Dark Side. That little boy from Watto's workshop is gone". Qui-gon will answer: "The Force works in mysterious ways, old friend. All is not how it seems, and you may find the Light surviving even in the darkest places. You still have much to learn my young apprentice". As Qui-gon disappears, Obi-wan mentions: "Master, there is another....".
Yes another indeed ,hahaha look at what you have become ….a rat in the desert
@@chadkerei6217 Look at what I've risen above.
Why does everyone want obi wan to be depressed. Strong people have the ability to learn and grow from there mistakes instead of obsessing over them
@@jj2059 how can he learn and grow when he is far older then he was when fighting Vader the first time? He hasn't fought anyone since I believe so to hear that Vader survived and is probably more powerful then before, he knows Vader won't stop until he has found Kenobi and his rage would be over flowing. Wasn't there a comics scene where we find out he goes back to Tattooine once in a while just to straight up murder Tusken raiders for sport/let off steam?
@@ZenMonkeyGod He'd also go back to Tatooine occasionally to participate in podracing. According to the now de-canonized EU (still canon in my eyes tho), Anakin still participated in podracing well over into his teenage years and as a young adult.

absolute gold
Lmao I am so glad. Someone else actually caught that
5:08 lmao poor Obi-Wan can't catch a break. This I think is why he's such a beloved character though, he's a little more relatable than apparently all-wise and powerful force mystics like Qui-Gon and Yoda (as cool as they are). In the prequels, he's almost kind of an everyman, the primary character through whose eyes you witness Anakin's rise and fall.
Exactly...this comment needs more appreciation 😌
Basically Qui Gon was Obi Wan from Episode IV, it just took longer for Obi Wan to learn from his mistakes as a Jedi. You see how when he was an old man how tender and caring he was with Luke, he rectified his coldness with Anakin and was like a cool grandpa to Luke.
That’s why obi wan is a fan favorite! It’s because even though he suffered enormously he still didn’t turn to the dark side. He was the wisest.
He was also always the underdog, and everyone identifies w/the underdog...
-Passed up for training several times until Qui-Gon relented.
-Powers borderline weak in Jedi terms even as a Master.
-Defensive fighting style, never really the aggressor. A master at it, nearly invulnerable in lightsaber combat but still relied on opponents making a mistake to best anyone.
Obi-Wan is pretty unique among the Jedi we see in the films because his spirit, willpower and cool head are his greatest assets, not his power level. He owns his own failures and successes, instead of owing them as much to midichlorians or genetic gifts.
Touché. But Kenobi never had Sidious manipulating him so closely his whole life though.
Yes obi wan had some dark times , but anakin in his first 9 years had way more darkness, and was a slave on top of it. Obi wan let his fears and his own arrogance keep him from treating anakin as a son and student, not an at arms length sorta brother.
@@johncabaniss1628 you nailed it. Obi wan failed me for the last time.
Love obi wan, but him and the jedi were fools and too stuck in their ways to be considered wise.
I 100% think Qui Gon had an understanding of Anakin’s fate in going to and from the dark side. Anakin needed to do so to bring balance to the force. There was no other way for it to happen. I believe Qui Gon understood his role within this prophecy and carried it out the best he could.
Wht do u mean my boy? Wym from the dark side?
as a fan from the original movie I’ve seen when opened back then to now, it’s always have been the story of Anakin. It’s a tragic story… but gives hope. Lucas really did have a good story.
But he executed Anakin’s backstory in the prequels very poorly.
If we got Matrix 4, and if we got Dafoe and Molina in Spider-man: No Way Home, I think we can get Qui-Gon easily.
Maybe as a voice in kenobi

Theory’s take on the novel, Master and Apprentice, is a bit off IMO, but people interpret things differently. I felt Qui-Gon never viewed Obi Wan as a sub par Jedi or apprentice, Qui-Gon viewed himself as a failure because they weren’t attuned as master and apprentice until later in their time. Qui-Gon felt Obi Wan was too much aligned with the council’s beliefs and didn’t think for himself. Likewise, Obi Wan felt Jinn was too rouge and went against the council’s guidance too often. Obi Wan was a very talented apprentice, he won his class’s dueling trails amongst other high achievements. In the novel, Qui Gon thought often about assigning Obi Wan to another master because he saw what potential Obi Wan had and was concerned he wasn’t getting it out him. Qui Gon figured out toward the end of Obi Wan’s apprenticeship just how talented of a Jedi Obi Wan was and would become and (without spoiling the book) why master Yoda had assigned the two together. I couldn’t recommend the Master and Apprentice book any higher, it’s a great read.
Reminds me of their dynamic in the Jedi Apprentice series.
The Rise Of Darth Vader is a great book and I've been hoping they'd use it for tv or movies. Star wars is Skywalker.
Yeah…. *Rey Skywalker*
Not sure if it's mentioned in the video but I just watched Attack of the Clones last night and had subtitles on. I've seen it a million times and for some reason I never noticed that when Ani starts slashing up sand people, Qui-Gon's voice echoes "Anakin, NOOOO!!" and it's labeled Qui Gon in the captions too
Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan both had lovers that almost made them turn to the dark side. Explains why they understood Anakin so much. There’s something about Qui-Gon’s master-apprentice linage getting into trouble like that
Could result from Qui-Gon’s training under Dooku

I would love to see Vader go to Tatooine let Anakin take over, but then remenbering how much pain everyone brought him. Letting Vader take full control and with all the rage he has at that moment destroy a small village or something like that.
Lol everytime he use to visit tatooine he would destroy whole raider camps due to his mother's death
I would really like to see Obi-wan talk to Qui-gon Jinn as the force ghost for the upcoming Kenobi series. That would be so amazing!
Qui Gon should definitely be in the show, I’d be shocked if he wasn’t
I think Qui Gon easily could have steered Anakin in the right direction. He too had his own disagreements with the jedi council. And he understood the faults of the Jedi better than anyone else. Obi wan couldn't have done it, since he was more of a brother to Anakin than anything else. And the main reason Anakin ended up making the decision that he did was because of the inability of those around him to fully grasp what he was going through. Qui gon was perhaps the only one who could have understood Anakin.
Working on the show was an absolute dream, coming from a massive Star Wars nerd. All I can say is you, and all of your followers, are in for a tremendous treat.
Why do you think Lucasfilm decided not to produce the star wars underworld tv show?
@@festo8756 I only know what is known publicly, which is that there were budget constraints, and the producer on the project, Rick McCallum, ended up retiring among other issues, including Disney's purchase of Lucasfilm. That likely threw a wrench in those plans, especially with the release of Mandalorian S1.
@@edphones George Lucas decided to cancel it because of budget. Then he sold to Disney But Lucasfilm had created their new bluescreen tech for Mando to make costs cheaper. Now they can afford to do the show. Why do you think they don't want to?

Yes 💯
I would love to see Qui Gon still having faith in Anakin, and reassuring Obi Wan that Anakin is still the chosen one, and that there is still light inside of him
"Vader will never set foot on Tatooine."
Disney: How can we ruin that?
I believe James Luceno also wrote Labyrinth of Evil, and I always considered that, the Episode III novelization and Dark Lord a kind of trilogy unto itself. Great read, and I too hope some elements find their way into the Kenobi series.
What if OBI Wan felt pain when holding the lightsaber. And everytime he held it, he would always feel like he failed anakin.
I remember reading the Darth Vader novel, which I still have. That scene with Obi-Wan on Tattooine was very thought provoking. And yes I’d love to see it put into the series as well. I always thought Vader and Anakin were two different people, just like a multiple personality. To me, I think Vader represents all of us. There’s both a light and darkness inside all of us, and they both fight against each other for control. Maybe it’s our soul, our minds, or spirits. But it’s there and some people give in to the darkness and fall into it forever, others through years of torment, struggle, and self hatred find a way back, only to be scarred for life from it, but stronger. It’s the uphill grind we find ourselves in every day, so I think that’s partially why it resonates with people so much. We see a little of ourselves in the characters of Star Wars.
But fun by side Anakin had to fall to the dark side to fullfil the prophcy. Its said that if there is just Light or Dark there is no balance. At the time where Windu tried to kill the last dark force user, the Balance would have no longer existed if Anakin had not stept in. The death of Qui gon was the pure will of the force, otherwise Anakin would not turn. Watch the Mortic Arc of the Clone wars, The Father said it: "if there is to much light and dark, the ultimate balance of the force would be destroyed."
The dark side happens naturally. Dark side force users break the balance. As long as someone is using the dark side there is no balance
@@Hikaru3899 no. At the time the jedi were trying to kill Palpatine, the balance would have been destroyed. The darkness has to exist. Thats why i think Anakin was not a Jedi and Sith, he was just the one who keeps the balance.
@@fives-starwarsfanproductio6918 nope this is per George himself. True balance is no dark side force users but still Jedi
@@Hikaru3899 show me some evidence. Per video. I am sorry if george says this, then let me help you. George Lucas was involved in Star Wars the Clone wars and in the Mortis Arc, the father said too much light and dark would destroy the ultimate balance of the force
@@fives-starwarsfanproductio6918 yes. But here is what he meant. The dark side itself is fed by death and negative emotions. And by people using the dark side. The light side is fed by positive emotion and life and Jedi. So obviously there is more darkness in the universe. Sith or dark side users bring the force out of balance since there is already more negativity then positivity. So true balance is no sith only Jedi
Your channel enlightened me to the fact that Anakin & Vader were two very different entities. I loved that concept because it breathed new life into my decades-old love affair with Star Wars.
Yes, Vader’s armor incarcerated Anakin and strengthened Vader until Luke’s ultimate breakthrough.
Vader even acknowledged in that book that he would not be able to go to certain places for his own health. But Qui Gon being one with the Force was more perceptive. It was also fear, yes, but it was also to prevent him from dying of basically a heart attack brought on by emotional distress.
For Vader it wasn't just emotional distress, he hated Anakin and going to places heavily related to Anakin made him soo angry the force around him basically crushed his respirator, hence the health issues caused by it
I would love a “what if” type of series for Star Wars, so many cool plot points that could’ve had such a drastic impact on the series had it gone another way.

Had this book and read cover to cover back in the day! It was 2006. Yes, to me this remains CANON. And what a legend it is.
its going to be depressing seeing Obi-wan going through this pain if the series goes this way.
Everyone missinterprets Anakin's conversation with Yoda about his visions of padme's death. Yoda tells him to learn to let go as aposed to clinging to what he desires. This is essentially a Buddhist view on the world. Anyone who's listened to the Dali Llama speak can easily see how Yoda's character was directly inspired by him. Buddhist's believe that clinging is the main source of all suffering and that in order to conquer your suffering you must learn to not CLING to your desires. This is different then not having any desires. (The main mantra of Buddhism happens to be "om Mani PADME om". )
Everyone hears these ideas as "do not desire anything. Do not love. Do not care" which is ironic given that even Anakin himself expressed that he fully understood these ideas when he explains these very concepts to Padme in episode 2. He tells her that Jedi are not forbidden from love, but are encouraged to love with compassion as apposed to possession.
It all comes down to a misinterpretation of the word "love".
Every heard someone say "if you love them, let them go"? This is an expression of this very idea.
Wise and true words. I had this actual lesson in my real life. And yes, once you let go everything you lost starts to return to you
This was a great book. And I see it as part of an unofficial starwars trilogy that should have been, with labyrinth of evil, revenge of the sith, and this book. All great reads.
Qui-Gon mentoring Obi-Wan in the cosmic force would be so cool. We could follow Obi-Wan's internal struggle dealing with emotional PTSD, while he still broadens his skills in the force thanks to Qui-Gon
Yo Rick where are you
2:50 I’ve always talked about that but when I say it people say “there’s nothing he could have done”. Well that’s not the point he doesn’t know there’s nothing he could have done, both he and Yoda feel they were responsible
LoL to me legends is cannon and will always be nothing will change that but there are some things in the new that I do like, like the new Thrawn books. Absolutely amazing
God, I would love that part of Obi-Wan finding out about Darth Vader being alive in the cantina to be in the Obi-Wan Kenobi series, fingers crossed 🤞
In the Revenge of the Sith book, they were really working on Obi Wan's character development as a Jedi. More in particular, cutting off attachment. It was a strong, yet subtle theme that he went through a few times. Some of it seemed like rather dark steps, or just the Jedi way that Obi Wan was headed. After Vader and him shared their final words at the lava pit, Obi Wan thought of killing off Vader to end his suffering, but that theme came up in his internal deliberation, and Obi Wan concluded that he was not in a generous mood that day, and thought nothing more of the situation as he turned around to leave Vader there to burn to death. At the cantina scene, I think he was flabbergasted that Vader survived, it was as if he was pissed that upset that Vader had lived on, but went on to ask Qui Gon questions later. It was quite an interesting take, and read.
I'm ready to cry my eyes out while watching kenobi. I already know theirs gonna be so much emotion
Qui-Gon was the father figure Anakin needed while Obi-Wan was more of an older brother and both of them gave Anakin a family dynamic that he never had besides his mother.
I hope we get to see some appearance of Qui-Gon during the Kenobi show guiding Obi-Wan and telling him all the things that you mentioned Theory. Great video!
Obi wan didn't have time to go down from the high ground to "Finish him off" but he does have the force and could of easily force pushed Vader into the larva below.
Kenobi's instincts told him not to kill Anakin, but to let the force decide his fate. She decided because she needed him to fulfill the prophecy. And Obi-Wan clearly didn't regret leaving Vader alive when Anakin saved Luke and fulfilled his destiny.
Qui-Gon's character was Incredibly easy to talk to and gain a confidence with (I'm sure that's largely thanks to Liam Neeson's acting); while Obi-Wan seemed immediately judgmental and High Handed (Lucas may have wanted it this way to demonstrate the difficulties with Anakin's personality defects). I also believe Qui-Gon would been a much better role model/mentor for Anakin with his openness and ability to empathize giving a sense of security with. A good reason for Qui-Gon posthumously to not instruct Obi-Wan on defeating Vader could be Qui-Gon already knew Obi-Wan was not the person to stop Vader and finish the prophecy.
3:44 force push Ani into lava. Excuse for not walking down: gone.
I really like this way of Obi-Wan finding out and his conversation with Qui-Gon are incredibly cool and interesting. To be fair to Disney’s cannon though, like most people I much prefer epic stuff like this to happen in a show or film.

One of the best star wars videos I've seen on RUclips. Because it's so interesting
"Vader will never set foot on Tatooine, and only out of fear that it will reawaken Anakin Skywalker"
Years later, Vader would reawaken his Anakin Skywalker within by going to Tatooine looking for Luke Skywalker and nearly killing all the Tusken Raiders. Not just the men, but the women and the children, too. He definitely reawakened the Anakin Skywalker within lol
I have always felt that if Qui-Gon Jinn had not been killed off he would have been able to guide Anakin Skywalker away from the Dark side of The Force. However the Force ghosts are apparently only able to be seen by those who have become fully aware of The Force's influence.
I love love love this novel. I remember reading it after RotS came out. It was exactly what I wanted as a follow up. It will always be canon to me.
We get a lot of interesting things from this but what I truly found the most interesting is that Qui-Gon TOLD Obi NOT to tell Luke the truth about his father! According to this book, it was Qui-Gon's idea, not Obi's to have that "certain point of view." And from what one can tell from what Qui-Gon said & just read between the lines, Qui-Gon either knew or had a gut feeling that the events in ROTJ would happen as they did. Anakin would emerge within & break free. And the one to help him, originating from Tatooine, the very thing Vader feared so much because it would bring forth Anakin, was Luke! And Luke needed to be strong enough for this task, & part of that needed strength was to learn the truth about his father the hard way. Otherwise Luke would not have had the needed wisdom, insight & courage to help redeem his father. Qui-Gon knew, one way or the other. But he couldn't spill the beans directly with Obi either, Obi had his own PTSD etc to deal with & was still alive. Giving the living too much knowledge about the future removes individual choice, most religions have this. But I really like the idea that the certain point of view thing may not have been Obi's own choice but rather an instruction from Qui-Gon. One can totally say that it was mean to Luke to keep the truth from him but it was a necessary evil to groom him faster & the way it was needed. Both Obi & Yoda were also still stuck in their old ways of thinking, even if Yoda had gotten a wider view of things during his last years. Qui-Gon was far more open minded already in life, hence why he wasn't allowed on the Council. Luke is quite open minded, too. He was told to kill his father but he felt the goodness within & chose his own path. A huge gamble, just as Qui-Gon also did with Anakin & the Podrace. In both cases, it worked. One could say that even if Qui-Gon & Luke never met Qui-Gon was an indirect teacher, filtered through Obi-Wan. That's one way to see it anyway. And I agree, the Kenobi show MUST include stuff like this! Qui-Gon MUST be involved, even if only as a voice. They must ask Liam to return. I hope the only reason why this is not yet leaked or revealed is because they keep his involvement secret. It would be a massive loss of opportunity if they skip Qui-Gon in this point in time entirely. ROTS even speaks of this very thing, that Obi will learn from Qui-Gon how to be a Force Ghost. For us to not see Obi & Qui-Gon conversing again is beyond foolish.
I'd like to see Liam Neeson return as Qui Gon Jinn, but a force ghost.
I mean he's dead so of he returns hes gonna be a ghost
I'd love for them to do something like that in the Kenobi series, with Obi-Wan finding out that Anakin is not only alive, but is now Vader and Qui-Gon talking to him through the Force
Sadly the show didn’t use most of this amazing stuff in this novel sadly. 😔
They had some good ideas but the execution was just terrible. They need to stop focusing on the fan service for shows like Kenobi and Book of Boba Fett
That liam Neeson impression got me. But that is his cadence and sound.
Hey can u do a what if video of what if Anakin had nightmares about Obi wan and not Padme
To be the chosen one and to bring balance to the force one must be exposed to both sides of the force
You know what I never got? Yoda and Kenobi had to have special training to talk to force ghosts, but Luke just gets to hear and see them without even knowing anything about this training. Did Luke have an innate ability to commune with force ghosts or did Kenobi then Yoda slip those lessons in without telling Luke what they were teaching him to do, or maybe it has something to do with the abilities of the individual force ghosts and their differences in ability to manifest themselves?
2:35 I can't look at this without hearing the "It's Baby-time" song in my head.
George Lucas viewed legends novels like this as occurring in a parallel universe that was very similar to his story, and only the 6 films were in "his story"
The duality of vader and anakin as a persona really made me get into psychology i didnt know if vader became a separate persona as a defense mech for anakin or if anakin just went so deep on a choice that he just didn't feel he was anakin anymore
If that cantina scene makes the show, I would literally love to see that!!
"Obi-Wan couldn't walk down and risk being cought." Me force push...
The Rise of Darth Vader desperately needs to be added to the Essential Legends collection so we can get an unabridged audiobook.
Qui-Gon does try to reach out to Anakin, but since his training wasn’t complete his voice isn’t able to carry through to Anakin during his initial turn to the dark as he slaughtered the Tuskens. Yoda could hear Qui-Gon because he was in deep meditation and had a connection with Qui-Gon
So murdering a temple and children, getting his limbs cut off, and turned into a mechanical menace is StarWars's equivalent to fatherless behavior?
ik im not funny
Ironically that fear of going back home & possibly awakening Anakin probably fueled his desire to dive deeper in the dark side.
It’s sad that Qui-Gon wasn’t able to train Anakin. The older Jedi’s - how shall i say? - “affinity for bending the rules,” would’ve been more forgiving for Anakin’s brash nature.
Also his focus on the living will of the force as opposed to the dogmatic Jedi approach would have made him wiser to palpatines manipulations. Add to this the fact that qui gon would have fulfilled father figure instead of palpatine.
@@WoodlandAsh I was just thinking about this again the other day. Ironically, in The Clone Wars, Anakin and Dooku were set up as sort of archenemies, the latter being Qui-Gon’s mentor. Not saying that if Qui-Gon was alive and Anakin’s mentor that they would’ve joined Dooku, i’m not sure how that would’ve panned out. It’s just ironic.
Wow how powerful. I had always assumed too that Vader was resentful to who Anakin was but to be fearful, wow. I think fearful in the sense that he couldn’t face Anakin because he knows Anakin would be disappointed in who he had become. Gonna go cry now.

There is no way he isn't blaming himself in the upcoming show, specially if they'll follow the Kenobi book.
PS: As for Kenobi going down the finish Anakin off...couldn't he just force push him into the lava? I imagine wasting 2 seconds to wave a hand isn't that much difference for Palpatine to come
Kenobi's instincts told him not to kill Anakin, but to let the force decide his fate. She decided because she needed him to fulfill the prophecy. And Obi-Wan clearly didn't regret leaving Vader alive when Anakin saved Luke and fulfilled his destiny.
Hey great video👊 kenobi was a interesting novel… can’t wait to dive into the dark lord trilogy 😤
The Last Jedi was the final nail in the coffin for me. Legends is cannon to me. I was in tears when Luke came back in the Mandalorian. I was sure they were gonna make the sequel trilogy legends. I really thought there was gonna be change then I saw there wasn't. I had given up on star wars and Luke's return made me hope and then I realized Disney does not care about what Lucas created. And Lucas did not care about the fact that dozens authors added his star wars universe over the years and he pretty much said I do not care. It was in part the disrespect Lucas then Disney showed two decades of authors who kept his creation alive. I still enjoy your work theory but until Kennedy and here crap dream is out I am not bothering with them. And I one of many who feel that way
“the reasons, There are no reasons. Who needs reasons when you have Heroin?” -ObiWan Kenobi
Kenobi could’ve killed him by throwing Anakins saber at him as he walked away. But he couldn’t be corrupted so no.
Or like, force pushed him into the lava
Kenobi's instincts told him not to kill Anakin, but to let the force decide his fate. She decided because she needed him to fulfill the prophecy. And Obi-Wan clearly didn't regret leaving Vader alive when Anakin saved Luke and fulfilled his destiny.
It's crazy, but one of the snipets you showed of the scene in ROTS where Anakin and Yoda are speaking to one another that Yoda is assuming he is talking about Ahsoka. We know it's Padme but dang my mind is blown!
But hypothetically, why couldn't Obi-Wan force push Anakin further into the lava, or pull lava onto him? The argument that he didn't have time to climb back up a hill isn't that great. Obi-Wan just didn't want to kill him and in the end Vader killed Palpatine
And the sequel trilogy just shits all over that beautiful ending
That’s cruel bro💀 why would he burn anakin to death worse after just cutting off his limbs if he’s already hesitant to kill him the reason he’s referring to go down to kill anakin cause a lightsaber given death can be quick and painless compared to getting pushed or drenched in literal lava bro
@@PlayBoiRoyce killing at all is cruel. The subject here is whether or not it would've been better to kill him. A force wave of lava would've been prettty efficient
Besides the lack of time to go down to Anakin, Kenobi's instincts told him not to kill his student but to let the Force decide his fate. Yes, he didn't want to kill him. And then he regretted that he did not help then and did not give Anakin a chance to redeem himself earlier for those years when he was consumed by the dark side and he was absorbed by the dark lord as a person.
Dark Lord Rise of Lord Vader Great Book🔥 and Amazing Video as always Genaral Theory
