Hi Joe. It's an odd crossing as it is still in a position to be used (Brick Pit sidings on the dock) but not had any engines use it for year now. ABP I believe insisted on it being kept in commision and is tested yearly.
Joe when I younger that level crossing did have barriers in 2009 but at some point they went and it's now LEDs and no barriers and by the way only northern trains go through that level crossing
Heh, imagine if that crossing still works! I know there is an abandoned line in France which still has a crossing that still has its power switched on (AKA the one I accidentally set off by tripping the treadle, lol).

This crossing is still in use! there are videos of it active! It's part of the Grimsby & Immingham light railway!
I agree! This crossing still gets used, who abandons a crossing that had LEDs installed five years ago?
When in 2007 it used to be a AHB level crossing this year is an ALOCL level crossing.
