@@DCnez ya it's a pretty good comics run and while not a perfect 1 to 1 to this version of the Titans the broader strokes are the same. Quick run down, a group of teens discover their parents are a secret cabal of supervillains hatching some evil master plan, so they decide to runaway and form a team using the powers they inherited from their parents to try and stop them
I love how this universe is more cohesive and grounded compared to the more complex Prime DC universe

As a GL fan, Earth One version would be a perfect hard Sci-Fi Elseworlds story for the DCU. Denis Villnueve would be the perfect director.

It could just be me, but I always thought the Joker looked like the mugger that killed Bruce's parents in this universe. Mainly because he looks a lot older than Batman, which would fit. Plus the Batman Earth One stories always seemed to connect someone or something back to Batman's origins. Like Martha being an Arkham, Penguin hiring people to kill the Waynes, etc. So, to me it would make sense for the Joker to be that mugger.
Matt Reeves could take inspiration from Earth 1 Batman for Clayface

Yea I was trying to read that "Dark Knights of Steel". Its a bit hard to digest. Are they trying to make it feel like Game of Thrones or something?

This is the earth of The Batman Film basically.
This is kinda disappointing to me - I thought they'd come up with the idea of making Martha an Arkham but it was just them taking the idea from here... oh, well.
@@ShinySephiroth2 The Batman took everything from this earth one Batman including Alfred being in the military and they basically used the Batman novel bat suit.
@geoffreylane5606 I've always planned on reading these comics and decided to put off doing so till I got to it in my upcoming comic readings for my channel, but this run through was a big eye opener. It's kinda cool they decided to adapt this specific version of Batman imo.

@geoffreylane5606 Honestly, I was wondering the same thing as I was listening to the vid before I knew of the connection to The Batman. I'm guessing they're going to use some other version of Batman for the Gunnverse since he already has Damian as a sidekick.

I am suprised i liked this universe batman stories a shame i learned a bout the joker at the end.
As this universe charm was the absense of the main villian of the heroes rouge gallery (safe for the titans)
There is no (A)lex(I) Luthor to superman
And while i don't see Maxlord as a main or even fully part of Wowo's roguegallery the max being Ares was a nice suprise

I like both Earth-1's; Man Of Steel (the movie) stole too many plot points from Superman:" Earth-1 to do a live-action presentation at this point; I'll never forget that moment when Diana invited Loving Submission on Steve.

I've read the Earth one Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman and though I wasn't always thrilled by them, I did think they were interesting (even if Batman is the only one I earnestly liked).
Not sure if I'll read Teen Titans and Green Lantern, as I heard both lost their writer before they could be completed. Does anyone think I should finish the Series or just let it be.
Besides, it seems the Earth One Line is dead as Aquaman and Flash don't look like they'll ever get the Earth One treatment and there looks to be no new stories on the horizon.
Well for me the Teen Titans Earth One was not my cup of tea. My favorite in this line actually is the Green Lantern Earth One. Something is fresh about it.
A shame we never got Flash and Aquaman into Earth One. Also, while I love most of the Graphic Novels (Green Lantern is my absolute Favorite), they never felt like a true shared Universe, especially GL.

@@DCnez GL Earth One should be the template for a new Movie. Not only does it feel Cinematic, but I love how it adapts the lore and modernized Hal's origin.

DCnez the new 52 was published in 2011 and superman earth 1 came out in 2010 so how is this the new 52 earth 1?
That's a good question. I am assuming they have been planning about the New 52 even before 2011
