I don’t think so bc you need to put the heavy armor on the component that will give you the noose pants but it doesn’t let you put on the heavy armor on that component. You can merge the ceo vest on the noose top but not the pants

No you have to do the transfer glitch first bc you need to transfer outfits (components) from female to male then after you did the transfer glitch then you can put on the ceo vest (el jefe outfit) then you just need to start cooked cop to merge the ceo vest on the outfit that you transfer from female to male
