Everything is triggering me bad memories (another video about my worried thoughts)

Hi guys since up helly aa is finally here and things are triggering me bad thoughts I thought I would make a video about the reason why up helly aa triggers me bad thoughts and bad memories
I know I have made videos like this before but I appreciate the support from the last video🙂
I did think about some good ideas for the future on what can really help me, so I will eventually explain it in future videos 😊💖👍👍
