- I went for a ride in Swindon alongside Wyn Masters, Bernard Kerr, Sam Reynolds, Daryl Brown and Florian Grohens, but this time I had an undercover mission.
After falling in love with the Focus Jam squared SL I wanted to test the Fazua Ride60 motor up against some other fullpower EMTB's to see how it kept up. The results are to be found in this fantastic video!!!!****

I’m 47 been riding trails a couple of years on a hardtail want to try a full sus trail bike but might just go for an SL ebike I’d just like to take the sting out of fire road climbs like the push up at FOD

I am pretty confident it depends who you are (fitness, age, etc), who you ride with and the terrain you live in, not the country you live in...
@@quitemountainous2528 I'm pretty confident you can make it suit whatever you are doing.. If you get the extra power you get extra weight your have to throw around, if you get less the more leg power you gotta put in.. It's a compromise not matter which way you look at it.. I think that's the same for any bike though right?.. Same with climbing vs descending on a analog bike and suspension, slack, etc.
Didn't take Jam2 long to come full circle, 2018/19 jam2 378wh 70nm and 21.2kgs, lighter than most at the time, then bigger battery, 85nm heavier as a result for a few years. Now gone back to smaller lighter battery less torque and its all new again lol. Advertising eh? 🤣😂

Haha. I hear ya dude. The jam squared was way ahead of its time. This new bike is a different thing though. It’s really impressive. Basically you can power above the motor without the lag that all previous emtbs have had

How does it pedal over the limiter? Full fats feel horrible when the motor turns off😬
Honestly you can’t feel when it cuts out. One of the coolest things about it. I’ll do a full bike check soon!
