    Very refreshing seeing a clean home that doesn’t have an entire stores worth of cleaning products... underneath your sink is so relaxing 😅

    Hey Meghan, I love that you bought us along for your meal plan. That is a good idea to make a grocery list based on your meal plan and then crossing it off as you check your fridge, pantry, and freezer. ❤ I really enjoy your grocery prep videos along with your grocery hauls, those are my two favorite videos of yours. I love watching you fill up your containers such as baking goods, cereal, and other things. I love watching you restock the toilet paper and other household items too. ❤🥰 I loved this video and I can’t wait for the next one.

    This is one of my favorite types of videos to watch. It inspires me to check every nook and cranny of my kitchen before I shop. I also check cosmetics (esp expired ones), over the counter meds, pet supplies, and tea (although tea is checked weekly for me).

    Wright brand bacon girl! Right now my Sam’s club has it for about $4/lb for a total of $15.97! Which my store brand bacon at my local grocery stores is that price or higher. The wright brand is the only right bacon 😂haha sorry I had to do it! 😊

    Good afternoon Megan. . What a haul. Everything looks absolutely delicious. I do believe my favorite items are that creamy peanut butter and those frozen pancakes - and I truly admire how you've organized all those spices, aluminum foil, parchment paper and clear plastic wrap. One of my favorite kitchen hacks is to close and seal bags of potato chips and other snacks with clothespins. You might want to try it. As always, thanks so much for your recommendations for saving money on groceries and for all your wonderful meal plans. . 😁👍

    My husband prefers the aldi bacon. I picked some up a week or two ago since it was on sale and he says it’s better than meijer brand. Plus it’s still a pound. A lot of brands are giving less product for more money. 😑

    What is the best way to heat up your frozen pancakes I put in toaster and it microwave and they seem cold lately I’ve been defrost in microwave then pop into toaster but they seem to get hard what am I doing wrong ?

    • @Thegrocerylady
      @Thegrocerylady  Год назад +2

      Hmmm… I definitely put them in the microwave first… if it’s just a few on the plate 20-30 secs works to defrost them. One minutes for more on the plate. Then toasting lightly. I have mine on the 2nd setting. If they’re getting hard, there’s probably too much moisture from defrosting in the microwave. Microwave until just softened?
