🥠 毛姐棄種鹹脆餅 🐹
原料:
● 55克 有機遠古小麥粉
● 55克 有機全麦面粉
● 227克 古小麥粉棄種
● 60克 無鹽牛油或橄欖油
● 1⁄2茶匙海鹽
● 3湯匙 大蒜粉
● 1湯匙 百里香末
● 1湯匙 番茜末
● 白芝麻 隨意
● 黑芝麻 隨意
● 奇亞籽 隨意
● 亞麻籽 隨意
方法 :
● 將遠古小麥粉麵粉,全麥麵粉,古小麥粉棄種,無牛鹽油,海鹽,
大蒜粉,百里香末和番茜末混合在一起,搓成麵團
● 將麵團分成兩半
● 用手將每個麵團壓扁成長方形
● 用保鮮膜包住它們
● 將它們移至冰箱中1小時,直到牢固為止
● 焗爐預熱到175°C
● 稍微在焗爐墊和麵杖上些撒上麵粉
● 將麵團放在墊子上
● 壓平麵團直到約芝麻的厚度
● 在麵團上撒些種籽
● 用披薩切刀將其切成1英寸的正方形
● 在175°C烘烤15分鐘
🥠 Mo's Discard Einkorn Starter Crackers 🐹
ɪɴɢʀᴇᴅɪᴇɴᴛꜱ:
● 55ɢ Organic einkorn flour
● 55ɢ Organic whole wheat flour
● 227ɢ Einkorn/rye sourdough discard starter
● 60ɢ Unsalted butter or olive oil
● 1⁄2 ᴛꜱᴘ Sea salt
● 3ᴛʙꜱᴘ Garlic powder
● Minced thyme
● Minced parsley
● White sesame seeds
● Black sesame seeds
● Chia seeds
● Flaxseeds
(ʜᴇʀʙꜱ & ꜱᴇᴇᴅꜱ ᴀʀᴇ ᴏᴘᴛɪᴏɴᴀʟ. ꜱᴘʀɪɴᴋʟᴇ ᴀꜱ ᴍᴜᴄʜ or ᴀꜱ ʟɪᴛᴛʟᴇ ᴀꜱ ʏᴏᴜ ᴡɪꜱʜ!)
ᴍᴇᴛʜᴏᴅ:
● Mix together the einkorn flour, whole wheat flour, sourdough discard starter, unsalted butter, sea salt, garlic powder, minced thyme, and minced parsley into a smooth dough
● Divide the dough in half
● Flatten each dough with your hand into a rectangular slab
● Cover them with plastic wrap
● Move them to the fridge for 1hr until it is firm
● Preheat oven to 175°C
● Slightly flour the oven mat & the rolling pin
● Place the dough on the mat
● Roll it until it is around 1mm thick
● Sprinkle the desired amount of seed mixture over the dough
● Cut into 1” squares with a pizza cutter
● Bake at 175°C for 15 mins
