The overgear session is something I’ve never heard of and sounds so so useful! I’m training I’m Cambridge (very very flat) for a triathlon in Yorkshire (3 lots of a 100 m hill in a 15 km bike), so the overgear work is going to be invaluable for my training…!
Ah, I’m so emotionally distraught. Super sad at Manon leaving GCN but hey, Heather is back again on GTN so I’m super dooper happy. I don’t know what I feel more; sad or happy. 😅
@gtn for overgear strenght recommended workout what will be a good power output for those 55-65RPM interval ? Plan on putting it on the trainer and let ERG adjust resistance while i control RPM

"wife/husband has a new e-bike" workout when your spouse gets e-bike to be able to keep up with you but then you have to put effort when going uphill because they can now go 25kph on steep hills instead of walking next to their bike
Why is the microburst workout so much harder than the other two workouts? The microburst apart from power are too much for me. Basically 9mins of 97% heartrate, 2mins easy spin, then 8mins of 98% heartrate, 2mins easy spin and finally 5min of 99% heartrate as recovery is at 150%, 175% and 200% FTP. This is blowing my lights out...
What other workouts do you like to do on the bike? 🤔
My favorite workout is probably the 30/15. Feels like I can do it forever until I can't.
