Ingredients:
hot water: 1.5 l (51 pt)
sugar: 10 g (0.4 oz)
garlic: 3 cloves
salt: 10 g (0.4 oz)
chicken legs: 6 pc
flour: 200 g (7.1 oz)
starch: 200 g (7.1 oz)
salt: 10 g (0.4 oz)
black pepper: 5 g (0.2 oz)
oregano: 5 g (0.2 oz)
sweet paprika: 5 g (0.2 oz)
eggs: 2 pc
water: 90 ml (3 fl oz)
OVER MEDIUM FIRE: 10 MIN
parsley: 5 g (0.2 oz)

Silly question I noticed you use flour and then starch what is the starch.

Probably corn or arrowroot starch! Either one would work well!

the chicken wasn’t cooked long enough and the ends with foil will be raw. I rather just drop the entire chicken leg in the hot oil.
