    On a push pull routine, I know that back and biceps are pull and chest and triceps are push , then legs , where do the shoulders fall into this , I want to mix up my regular routine of chest and arms, back and shoulders and legs , thank you

      I put my shoulder in their own training day. Putting me at 4 days of training and then a rest day. I know others that put their shoulders in the push category. I just think that is too many muscle groups for a workout.

      @JamesHoward-1987 that sounds interesting, I'm thinking since that will make it a 4 day before rest, I can or should add another movement to each body part , I was doing 2 per body part... now I understand why YOU were doing for example, dumbell chest, bench and flies, thank you so much, I have a terrible habit of overthinking things , I'm excited 😊

      @@Donald-n5k I usually shoot for 12 to 15 sets per muscle group. Using two or three movements. Go get some 💪
