Date: 11/25/2024 In a two-person dishwashing system, the individual positioned behind the primary dishwasher is responsible for managing the clean dish output and facilitating the flow of dirty dishes back into the system. Once items exit the conveyor or door-type dishwasher, the secondary operator promptly removes them from the racks, ensuring they are properly organized and placed onto a clean dish cart. This cart is then transported to designated storage areas, where the clean dishes are restocked on the shelves.
Simultaneously, the secondary operator retrieves dirty dishware from various collection points throughout the kitchen, ensuring a continuous supply of soiled items to the primary dishwasher. To maintain efficiency, the secondary operator also returns the empty racks to the primary dishwasher after removing the cleaned items, thereby supporting the seamless operation of the dishwashing process.
This system allows the primary dishwasher to focus solely on pre-rinsing and loading the machine, optimizing throughput and maintaining a steady workflow.
