I know this is just tv show villains... but I gotta mention Tim Toiler aka Toy Robotnus who is... the most petty villain. So for those who don't know in Level two of First Fights Tin Toiler was a toy maker at an amusement park however his toys weren't selling well so like in Toy Scary Boo he weaponizes toys. So ok pretty standard Scooby villain so why is he so bad. Well he wanted a "costume" so he built a giant military-grade robot. Ok, you may think so he just chased people and caused some minor damage like Godzilla Shaggy... oh... you didn't play the game then since every time this monster appears he's out for BLOOD his opening is him trying to crush a random security guard with a giant robot fist!!! oh thats not all in the boss fight he fires missiles (but then again they don't do to much damage plus people can block them) but this mad lad also gave his robot a death ray which he fires.... at children. He was so bad his apprentice attempted to murder him to stop him... so even he's crazy.

Here’s a couple other dangerous Scooby-Doo villains worth mentioning, the monster army from Scooby-Doo 2 Monsters Unleashed. The Black Knight Ghost could use telekinesis on sword, the Miner Forty-Niner could literally breathe fire, and Captain Cuttler’s Ghost literally almost stabbed Scooby IN THE THROAT with his harpoon when he emerged from the lake. That last one especially gets me considering that’s the closest any villain has ever been to offing Scooby aside from almost getting his soul removed in Zombie Island and the live action movie. Even the Skeleton Men (who were mostly depicted just joke villains for the sake of comic relief) were able to rearrange their bodies into a makeshift mini-gun as shown in one of the deleted scenes, and the Tar Monster almost suffocated the entire gang to death in film’s climax. The only monster who wasn’t even remotely a threat was the Cotton Candy Glob who’s the only monster new to the movie that could be seen as an exhibit as if he was from the original series (it’s REALLY weird). All that aside, I definitely had a great time👍 with the video. Keep up the nice work!

I agree, in fact the live-action interpretations of the Tar Monster and 10,000 Volt Ghost were one of the few Scooby villains that I was somewhat afraid of as a kid, especially since the latter had an admittedly really creepy pedophile grin and horrifying eyes😫. I’d also be mistaken if I didn’t address other dangers Scooby monsters like the Wiki Tiki (who was ALSO capable of fire breath) along with his gremlin-like minions from Aloha Scooby-Doo and the Army of the Undead from Scooby-Doo Where’s My Mummy who weren’t quite villains per say but rather more like tritagonists within the context of the movie. If anything, it was fairly obvious that Amelia Von Butch and the rest of the thieves were the real villains and Hotep was nothing more than a secondary criminal. Both the mummy army and the tikis also gave me nightmares as a child, especially since the DVD version of Where’s My Mummy kinda JUMP-SCARED me when I’d click play movie. And of course we can’t forget the Ghost Pirates from Pirates Ahoy and while the Toxic Terror was certainly a dangerous monster, he wasn’t inherently evil despite somehow never getting sewed for property damage.

That being said… yeah the Snow Ghost was my next thought.
    P. S. It’s current that kills, not voltage. It only takes 0.5 amps of current to kill, but saying 10,000 volts is WAY scarier. Also, the heat is still a major problem regardless.

Roller Ghoster probably deserves a mention. Been a long time since I saw it, but I sort of recall the one sister being annoyed at her sibling and rigging amusement park rides to become dangerously unsafe (including a roller coaster cart going off the tracks). Considering how packed an amusement park can get, a ride breaking apart and impacting a crowd can result in a lot of injuries and fatalities (they oddly point out that the rides she rigged were actually fine or something weird to excuse her behavior, and she just gets in trouble with her sister telling their parents or some slap on the wrist).

And heres why, in the episode his first appearance was in the bath where scooby was cleaning up, then he sends scooby down a coal shoot where the phantom shadow was hiding laughing as he rattled his chains scaring scooby, and causing to run up and warn his friends only to find the bath was still in tact. Then as everyone was a sleep he creeps out of the clock heading to cousin simples room and terrifies him so badly that he left a threatening message as a warning. The next scene after fred, velma, daphne divise a plan to capture the phantom shadow while scooby and shaggy hide on the drain pip, only for the phantom shadow to sabotage their saftey by pushing it off of the house with the hope of them plummeting to their death. And while none of the cousins got hurt, it was a dark sight as they find cofins in the catacombs and one coffin in the shape of a dog. The coffins opened revealing the cousins, while they were just stuffed dummies, it was still dark. And in the next scene shaggy and scooby hide in the chandelier thinking they were safe, but that was until one of the phantom shadows cut them down and they fell into a wine closet where the other shadow was ready to attack laughing as he creeps up on them.
And the fact of the matter that supernatural made a crossover episode based on this episode symbolizes how dark and evil the phantom shadow could have been.

      I love the phantom shadows!
I didn't include them BECAUSE most of it was implied violence really, they didn't take much action besides the drain pipe. 🤔 But still totally creepy icky concepts from them for sure.
      That Supernatural episode is WILD

To me there's one (or technically a few as there's 4 ppl that take on this guys disguise) that could be on this list as well.
The first one would be the phantom, from “stage fright”, as this dude (or the first one anyway) literally came at shaggy and Scooby with a meat cleaver. Also the 3rd phantom literally tried to run mystery inc off the road and was willing to kill all of them with his sword when he had them cornered on the bridge for the soap diamond. The 2nd phantom also tried to burn the opera house and nearly burnt Freds face off with a blowtorch.

What about the Cat Creatures on Zombie Island. They killed like hundreds or thousands of people before and threatened to kill the gang, seriously that movie has a literal higher body count than all the rest of the Scooby Doo series combined.

As lots of others have said, the cat people from Zombie Island were the greatest threat they had ever faced up till that time. Essentially selling their souls to the devil and needing to kill others to remain immortal. The pirates who ransacked their village at first, then Confederate soldiers, then simple tourists.
With that said, the Ghost Clown is definitely one that has always weirded me out. How he can instantly hypnotize people and make them do anything.

I think it’s implied that with the faceless phantom because he works on the set he knew how to sabotage in a way that wouldn’t get people hurt, and repair the equipment. That’s why Freddy said it didn’t look broke. And they already had a safety plan for the kids stunts (to some extent).

I'm surprised for number 5 you didn't pick the owl Periscelces... That dude... became... a god... I mean, the cyberspace villian is up there for being an threat to all of technology... He wouldn't have much of an affect on monks or amish that abstain from technology, but Periscelces was an threat to all life worldwide regardless if they had technology. In fact in the case I make for Periscelces, those who abstain from modern technology would be like micros are to macros: easy pickings, since they would have less protection and be isolated the most...

Charlie , the haunted robot, was by far one of the more dangerous monsters
    1. Charlie had super strength, speed, durability, and adaptability throughout the episode.
Man leaped from a rollercoaster and swan relentlessly after the gang.
    2. He could control everything in the park along with dangerous concession machines, carnival games, and rides.
He almost killed the gang on the rollercoaster.
    3. The culprit, the amusement park owner's wife, was one of the stupidest evilest villains to ever be made.
She was going to put families, children, and who knows else in danger of being killed or worse by malfunctioning machinery just because she was creeped out by the robot and believed children shouldn't play with robots.
Ma'am, you live in the 60s where you know teens use things called jukeboxes,You know, machines!
I mean, what do you think the rollercoasters, bumper cars, or paddle boats your husband made at this park are?

I agree with you so much! I am a huge fan of the Scooby-Doo franchise and I have many ideas for shows and movies I want to write for it. But I have noticed many flaws in their writing over the years that no one talks about (at least not without being criticized), including how many culprits who are sent to jail either don’t commit serious crimes or had sympathetic motives (such as the “victims” really bringing it upon themselves) but the gang doesn’t care. While culprits who commit more serious crimes get forgiven and not sent to prison when they should
