Yep! Set 3 comes out August 9th for pre-release but August 16th for retail / online release. They are finally releasing both at the same time as far as I am aware!
Set 3 would be a good time to get back in! Lots of interesting new cards and new Color with Black. Just picking up two Black starter decks would set you up with a competitive deck. Unfortunately, optimal will probably require 4x of the new SCR.
