This is the version 1 and does not have the outlets however version 5 has them in economy.

I know this flight because it is always the one OZ212 in which Korea Post loads my eBay purchases from Korea, lol. They have such a nice tracking that they even tell you in which flight they are boarded and it has always been this one.
