You don't need to wet the Bentonite Clay, that confuses a lot of people. Its counter productive. The drying time for one, and the chances of it cracking are quite severe. Just put it in your tube dry, use a dowel to fit in the tube and pack the clay into a plug against a hard surface with a hammer. Use an old drill bit to make your hole.
