    I have the Ultimate Skin spa brush and love it. I got it from Groupon for like $25 😉. You may have had skin irritation issues due to overuse. As a general rule, you shouldn't use facial cleansing brushes daily. It will irritate the skin. Even the "every day" brush is exfoliating so doing that 2x a day will result in dryness and irritation. I recommend brushing 3x a week. If they have a silicone brush head you could use, that's safe for daily use because it's gentle. 😊 The one I have came with a silicone brush.

      yeah i totally agree; plus with products that are rechargeable, i personally have always had problems with the charging ports or chords after a couple of months, and soon enough the product isn’t chargeable anymore or basically worthless with the charging stations etc, since charging usually does wear down and without battery control, can destroy the inner battery and charge rate/charge hold and it’s usually wack, especially for beauty products ::

    I have this brush and its amazing. I have been using it for about 1 month. You mentioned your skin was getting irritated and that's probably because you were using it 2 times a day. It says on the box that the regular brush should only be used once a day and the exfoliating brush like twice a week. for me when I started using it I broke out. Many people will probably break out or get a couple pimples. this is known as your skin "purging", so it can get all the gunk and dirt out of your pores. Batteries is actually better to me because you don't have to worry about recharging it weekly.

    • @tcheyenne3561
      @tcheyenne3561 5 лет назад +1

      How long did it take to see results? and what product did you use on the brush?

    • @isabellahagen4050
      @isabellahagen4050 5 лет назад +1

      T Cheyenne I saw results right away just by the fact that it was taking out all that dirt and makeup that a makeup wipe or face wash with ur hands can’t, but like an actual clearing skin result I’d say you’d be having to do it for about 1 month straight. Since ur skin can “purge”. The key is to stay consistent and find out which products really work! When I first got the spin brush I used the “Origins checks and balances” face wash, but since my skin is dry I wanted something more hydrating, so now im using the “Mario Badescu enzyme cleansing gel”. It also matters a lot what u put on ur face after the face wash. I use witch hazel/ rose water (as a toner) and then Vitamin E oil to really hydrate.
      Hope this helps!

    • @isabellahagen4050
      @isabellahagen4050 5 лет назад

      Ro Za it’s perfectly fine if you use it once a day, as long as it’s the soft brush. If you’re using the exfoliating brush everyday then that’s gonna irritate your skin. Only use the exfoliating one like 1 or 2 times a week depending how dry your skin is

  • @KtotheB1218

    The brush isn’t suppose to keep acne from appearing IF you’re eating. That’s from the inside out. The brush helps under the skin not what’s inside the body. And never put exfoliater on a brush. That’s too intense for skin.

    It actually depends on the person and the type of skin they have for example black heads and pores won’t just get cleared away with a normal daily wash or mask exfoliating it properly would do it good but if you dont really suffer that much with black heads anyways you may aswell just go about exfoliating in your own way without the brush set for me I think I would rather use the brush set cause a lot of my make up go into my open pores and I have loads of black heads

    My problem is the batter cover does not sit flush on when the batteries are in, it doesn't pop off either so that's good enough.
    Did VP up their prices recently? Replacement daily facial brushes are $15 each for this.
    I would also prefer a rechargeable device, not sure if batteries are actually meant to be more water safe like I see mentioned in the comments.

    I bought a similar product for my 18yr old niece as a bday present 2 weeks ago and decided to get one for me as well. It's the Pixnor 7 in 1 Beauty Care Massager, $20 on Amazon. I've used it once. Wasn't that impressed. Will attempt to implement it into my regiment but it does seem like a hassle. I think it's more like it looks so pretty you want it, but do you really need it. I don't think so. Well I have it so might as well use it, as it is a personal item and can't be given to someone else once you've used it. I would say stick with your hands, wash cloth, soap and exfoliating product. Thanks for the review.

    So I see comments saying this brush should not be used every day. I'm wondering if that's why I would start breaking out whenever I would use it. I've since stopped using mine but I might give it a try again and do it 2-3 times a week.

    I bought one a while back and it worked very good until i accidentally submerged it into water and I didn’t realize it, it stopped working , I bought a new one from amazon but the problem is that it’s pretty slow . It’s not like the one I bought from the vanity planet website.

    What is your skin type? Just asking...because i have an oily acne prone skin and ive been watching many reviews about this product i thought of buying this product and here i see your vid popping up in my search list so i thought of giving a view to your video. Well, i know it might not be worth the money but i just want to know what is your skin type as skin type really matters while using different different products or anything. Thankyou :D

    • @KandidKinks
      @KandidKinks  6 лет назад

      I have oily acne prone skin, I didn't think it was sensitive until I began to use this brush and my skin felt a little irritated by it. Some people say they use it once a day, others have said they use it once a week, and then most people I see use it twice a day. So it really does depend on how you're going to use it as well.

    • @aquib5761
      @aquib5761 6 лет назад

      It’s maybe because you’ve just started using it...and I totally understand even i have oily acne prone skin which is irritating af..I don’t get new pimples anymore but I’m just fucking working on my pigmentation, acne scars😏 so i just thought of giving it a try but it seems you totally comfused me right now.

    I tried this for the first time last night and had to keep adding product. Way more than if I would've used my hands. It got a lot of stuff off my face, but I have a feeling if I used this more than once or twice a week my face would eventually brush off.

    The exfoliating brush, I thought, is only supposed to be used every 3 days, per the instructions. (Haven't used it in a while, so I may have forgotten). The facial brushes worked ok, for me. I didn't notice a drastic difference. Will try again, though. The body brush made me break out : red skin and bumps. I informed Customer service, but the reo was not helpful, and didn't seem interested the time.

    I would say my skin would definitely not like the brush if I was using it morning and night, but only using it at night and splashing my face with water in the morning and then leaving it alone has made this brush the missing deep clean component I was feeling was missing before I added a brush

    The only reason I keep mine is because they keep replacing it 🤷‍♀️😂 seriously, for me it’s awesome, but eventually , if I don’t continuously take the batteries out EVERY use, water leaks into the battery compartment. It’s gotta be common too because I got mine a year ago, and now it’s an option on the warranty replacement list lol. As long as they keep replacing it, I’ll keep using it, but then ima need to either spent the big money on a good one, or use those cheap ones at Walmart lol
