Oh how I love the Australian wilderness! I was looking for a good Queensland itinerary, thanks for sharing! Glamping is the perfect combination for luxury and nature, much better than camping or hostels. Just out of curiosity, how come you hate hiking? Australian weather conditions can be extreme indeed, once in Melbourne we had a day with 46 degrees🥵, the next day it was just 19! Even my Apple Watch died in that heat. Thanks for sharing and I’ll make sure to visit after COVID-19. 🤙
Hahaha my hatred of hiking runs deep! I just... don’t get it. Matt gets so much joy from it but I just get pissed off and angry 😂 it makes no sense to me. It’s just pain and discomfort! Made worse if you’re camping! I’ve only ever enjoyed two hikes. One is Carnarvon Gorge and the other is at Mt Robson Provincial Park in Canada 😍 Holyyyy heck! Wow! If you experienced that in Melbourne you know just how crazy it gets here. It’s hard to explain to ppl sometimes how dangerous it can be. ❤️❤️

Me and my wife wanted to visit Australia very much coming from UK but there are too many things to consider and that put us off. There is the heat to consider, there is spiders and other poisonous insects to consider, there is strong ocean currents to think about , sharks to worry about, box jellyfish that can kill you , dingoes, snakes and the list goes on and on. To me this doesn't seam like a relaxing holiday but a time to be stressed out and be worried day and night . So I guess New Zealand would be for us since we don't have to worry about any of those things. Shame though....I think Australia loses every year millions and millions of Dollars having all those creatures lurking around. Fantastic videos by the way. Well done.xx

@@travelforphoebe Yes I agree with you. All those things can be avoided if you grew up out there and been taught what to look for. In England the only thing we been taught is how to open an umbrella and when. We have been to New Zealand before and felt very safe doing walks in the woods mountains cities etc etc.

Haha don’t be scared! It’s just one straight trail with shorter trails off to the left and right 😊 it’s very well marked! Stay to the trails and you’ll be fine!
