*I made a couple mistakes in this video 😭.*
At 0:56 Dahyun’s timer for the edge goes slow and should add 6.1 seconds more. I also didn’t add her in spotlight at 3:03 (adds 1.4 seconds). So her total time in the center is 7.0 seconds and her total time on the edge is 61.9s. At 2:14 Nayeon was not counted for edge (adds 5.6 seconds). Her total time on the edge is now 59.4 seconds.

tbf Dahyun barely even sings in the song at all and they usually put the person singing in center so it makes sense that she's not in center much

Just discovering these type of analysis.
OP, have you considered one where you track the accumulated distance each member "travels" across the choreography, but also whom travels the single longest distance (from side to side)? To see if that correlates to something. Have some theories but might as well be just random. Either way, thanks!

can someone please explain how the both works? how can you be in the center and in the edge?
Center (although not named here) is also technically called spotlight. Anytime a member is on the side but they’re doing a unique choreo that the others aren’t, it draws attention to them and therefore are in the spotlight. Example: Mina at 0:42
