That game 5 ending was wild. Everyone thought it was over after Miami went up 3-2 going home. The Celtics did that back to back years losing game at home going down 3-2 on the road yet somehow won game 6 and 7 against the Bucks and Philly

Im not a fan for either team, but the fact Giannis always dominates and finds ways to score against a good defense always scares me, but the Celtics answer with lots of 3 balls. They both run good offenses and have very solid defenses. I personally take Milwaukee over Boston, especially after the Bucks won the chip, and proved they had what it took, opposite of Boston. It's a series to look forwards to towards playoffs time for many NBA fans.
This team was too small to deal with him. But they still managed to hold him to 45% shooting and he shot 68% from the FT line.

This was another classic series in a long line of them in the Bucks vs Celtics rivalry. Win or lose, this was a hard-fought series that was exhausting. I thought the Bucks would win this in 6 after winning Game 5 in Boston, but part of me said that everyone not named Giannis was out of gas by Game 6. I was right. Even if Tatum was inconsistent as he usually is, he did do his best Larry Bird impersonation in 1987 impersonation by shocking Milwaukee in Game 6 in enemy territory. Then came Game 7, which would be the fifth straight Game 7 win against the Bucks dating back to 1974. Just like in Game 6, the Bucks were out of gas by the 4th Quarter. Plus Boston's defensive scheme even without Robert Williams plus a banged-up Marcus Smart was tough to handle. It's too bad Miami spoiled both of their runs toward the Finals the next year. But hey, if things like that didn't happen, sports would be boring.
Game 5 was the best game in the 2022 playoffs

I knew Boston was going to crush Brooklyn before that series began. Why? Udoka had a cheat sheet because he had been with Steve Nash the previous year, and Boston's defense along with having home-court advantage in the series was going to be too much for the Nets to overcome.

Those things go hand in hand. If you have the best player in the league on an at least decent team they are bound to be a top 3 team in the least off of the impact of the best player alone. But people have called them the best team because based on record for the passed 5 years they’ve been a top 3 team and have had the best record at least 3 out of 5 years
