I recently went to Gulmarg, Kashmir for a weekend. It's a must visit place. I took a direct Spicejet flight from Delhi to Srinagar and then drove 60 kms from Srinagar to Gulmarg.
This place was absolutely safe and the people were very nice. Hope this video helps to plan your trip to this paradise on earth.
