In the UK, tax is variable, but typically once you factor in Income Tax and National Insurance, $100 on the game saves me about $50 in taxes. So think of everything I spend as being half-price.
I always review events with the mindset of F2P and Budget players. Why? Because it's the majority of my audience and spenders don't need anymore encouragement.
For context on what the other guy said, past the trans first E5 it became an eloise account which is just not interesting as well you end up in a very weird situation with a terrible imbalance between CoT and Stellar

@@iskambillordu but it doesn't work, you need the resources to immediately make them V4 HO and have atleast a couple tenants for it to really work. In general it just doesn't feel good to play.

It really was luck, but I maxed this event the way I could without spending.
It doesn't matter whether you hit 15 unlike what the other guy said (especially cux you don't have 1 clue before you buy them), the resources are plenty good with just a 3x multiplier and as much as the train is nice it's not necessary
