Great video - but even better if we could see it being installed in a real world context or two. Perhaps an ideal context and a challenging context. My tank lid is roughly 20" x 30", and the concrete is 46 years old. If we have a rectangle, what do we do? If the surface of the concrete is not perfectly smooth and level, what do we do?
(Those are questions for a future video - and for here now!)
    Thanks

do you remove the original, heavy concrete lid cover??? or do you install the riser over the concrete lid cover???

Can I put the flange on and then the lid ? My tank is only a couple of inches below the surface of the ground

Is the riser easy to remove in future if I need to access inlet/outlet pipe inside tank? My riser will be 24” tall and trying to make future work easier.

The riser will make the future work easier, it is not removable though.

How high above grade do you want the riser lid to sit?

    • @RCworstwater

Usually just an inch or two so that dirt/leaves don't fall in when you open it.

Brian Silver can these be cut down. My lids are only 4” below grade. Just wondering to make them less appealing. Thanks

@@chickenguru4 I think you can get 6" risers so they would be slightly above grade.
