I’m actually a victim of loss on PayPal after watching a RUclips video and I created an account and I withdraw funds in USA but at the long run I was contacted through a phone call from Paypal UAE and they advised me to stop using the account outside the registered country and eventually I lost about 500 USD.

It actually means there will be a point in time where you will be asked to verify that you are a national or resident of the country where you registered the PayPal account and if you cannot do that, it means bye bye to your funds because you account will be restricted totally. I’m a living testimony to that.
