- Overwatch 2 added a bunch of special interactions which can be triggered in multiple ways, so I thought I'd compile the ones that I could find and put them in one video :)

It really shows how they're two sides of the same coin.

i love the implication that all the heroes share the same kitchen. the members of overwatch, the leader of an extremist group, the members of talon, and other associated groups all collectively share one kitchen for some reason
The omnic crisis was a tough time OK? Not many kitchens survived.

I like to think that they didn't even prompt him to ponder those paradoxical questions and that he just got so into character that he happened to utter those sentences during down time and they happened to like them so much.
Something I love about Zen's personality is that, while yes he is certainly a wise and calm monk he's also a cheeky bastard. Like when he kills someone he has the chance to say "You may be missed, but not by me" or if you boop someone off map, "A fall is merely a chance to rise again... later." His variety of "backstories" are a good part of that
My favorite line is when you go on a rampage as Zen and he just bluntly says "It takes two hands to clap..."
"How do you stay calm during battles"
"I focus on my breathing."
"But... you don't breathe."
"Indeed."
Still one of my favorite interactions. Zen can be such a troll and I love it.
His voice lines when he respawns after death calm my rage, lol
As a Zen main, my personal favorite sassy interactions are when he calls Soldier foolish for assuming he’s a pacifist and when he tells Sombra that Omnics make great teachers because they can easily hide their disappointment.
@@jet_set8648 I kept thinking about incase he wasnt trolling, and came up to the conclusion that he doesnt focus on anything, therefore he doesnt care enough to be stressed in battle
It warms my heart how Rammatra; even hating humans, gives Torb a kind response when working together.
To me, his "how gracious of you" sounded sarcastic, because I don't think Ramattra believes for one minute that Torb is looking forward to working with him.

The word he uses is Gracious. I don’t think Ram hates all humans, just the prejudices they hold.
I’m sure Rammatra wishes a lot of humans would change their ways like Torb, even if he’s still working his way there.

I created a hole in Antarctica. I also destroyed a major corporation which happened to be Vishkar.
Zenyatta and Ramattra both envying ants, but for very different reasons, is extremely on-brand for their characters and really interesting. The way these two characters mirror each other despite being complete opposites- yet the two still have this respect and brotherly love for one another- is perhaps my favourite bond between two characters in all of Overwatch.

Moira actually responding to Winston's joke is surprising. I also love how Rein wants to hear it, even though he might not understand.
Considering that Reinhardt also likes to tell jokes and stories, it is perfectly in character for him. Also Moiras tone clearly indicates, that for her as a fellow scientist the joke is too obvious.
Rein is like the LEGO Games version of Hulk- a big, strong shell on the outside but on the inside he's a fluffy pancake.

I love the multi answer interactions, but my favorite is the Genji tripping over his sword one, especially Cassidy just being like "Sounds like him", when all the other Overwatch folks are amazed. NVM, My favorite is the Soldier Kitchen line, the thought of fucking Junkrat, Ashe and Symmetra all living with the Overwatch folks is amazing to me.

I love how some of them even seem to find joy thinking about their favorite animal, some even sound enthusiastic about it! such as Pharah, Bastion, Sombra, Also Soujorn funny enough.. (you can hear her smiling after saying it haha) list goes on, but yeah its quite adorable!

Whatever the reason several characters who didn't ask Zen where he worked at then joined in to voice there surprise at his previous life, it's so charming to hear them jump in.
Especially Roadhog given his history. Just like, so genuinely and respectfully befuddled. Made me smile.

the ashe and junker queen lines always managed to crack a smile on my face. ashe’s cheekiness and how junker queen is funnily dumb, which is a quality of all junkers
i don’t like the junker “haha dumb” bits, because they are all really smart, junkrat built all of his bombs himself, the queen made the magnet she calls gracie back with herself (the one that dismantles a mech in her cinematic), etc.

@@Gabe413 yeah, but they arent crafty and stupid. Junkrat has some rather detailed blueprints, with his name signed on them, to I believe his guns. Being crafty is one thing, actively building magnets and bombs out of scrap that consistently work *when* you want them to work, without backfiring when you use them, is smart
@Hitthere you can one hundred percent be smart at one thing and stupid another tho. For the same reasons why someone who's incredibly smart, let's say with a doctorate from Harvard or smth in technology for example, wouldn't be near as adept at lets say someone who's dedicated their life to cooking. That's the case with Junker residents, I feel. They're incredibly smart at making weapons from things that aren't typical components to make weapons with. But other things they definitely struggle at, simply because it isn't an expertise they'd typically need.
My theory on Zen's "before the Crisis" answers: if he isn't already pulling everyone's leg, I think its his way of saying how "all are one" in the Iris. Many other Omnics had different jobs before sentience, so he too "experienced" them.
My idea is him using many different backstories as a way to teach others that who we were doesn't matter, but who we are now.

I think that Zen's responses, along with the fact that none of them seem to be true, are meant to be a lesson from him. Your past doesn't matter. What matters is what you do now.

As an autist myself, it happens a lot more frequently than you think. It's your favorite plate, but you need to heat up your food, but the dish is not microwave safe, but you can't use another dish because it's not your preferred one for the type of meal you're eating, and that'd be unnecessarily wasteful... and so on and so forth.

Speaking as an autistic person (since Symmetra is canonically autistic), I can hazard a guess: She likely requires exact times and measurements for everything she cooks, even though cooking is by no means an exact science and every appliance works differently. She likely didn't take that into account, but doesn't realize that she could've adjusted something on her end because, as far as she's concerned, the way she learned how to cook is the only way that's right because it's the way that makes sense to her.

Sombra's interactions with Sigma and about Sigma to Moira are pretty wholesome. In her line to Sigma she tells him that Moira and Doom are messing with his brain but he seems to be pretty unconcerned and I think he says they're just trying to help him, so she tells him that fine, but if they try anything he should come to her. In her line to Moira she tells her to stop messing with Sigma. She refers to Sigma as "viejito" and it's generally implied with her attitude towards him that she cares for him and sees him as a type of grandfather figure or family member.
Sombra being passionate about deep sea animals honestly just makes sense to me and I don't know why

i really liked when the OW cast replied to Lucio's question about their fav animal, its very interesting to see who loves what. Some are obvious like Kiriko, and Widowmaker, but others you'd just be surprised like Doomfist being partial to Starlings or Sombra with deep sea animals.
Of course Sombra would like deep sea animals. Since a lot of them are bio-luminescent which is definitely her style and vibe
Sigma's Questions really show off how delightfully deranged he is in the best way possible. I love it.
I love the Overwatch interactions. It adds a lot of depth to the characters and the world.
The lore of the game is basically carried by the voice cast at this point.

The way that moira responds positively to winstons joke and junk rat responds with his own is so funny
Hearing all those kitchen incident lines play out is hilarious because it makes it all sound like Jack saw literally everything gone wrong in there, and thought it was all done by just one person.
Though, it's quite possible that the same person who stole Jack's leftovers was the same person who stole the corndogs...and left the banana peels.
I think if I'm correct, Winston hates bananas but loves peanut butter.
It reminds me of the so who broke it meme.

These are all really cute, and gives a lot of fun and wholesome interactions between heroes who otherwise dislike each other or wouldn't communicate much at all. It's a welcome addition and gives even more personality to our great family of 36 heroes ^^
I've seen another video covering these, and I appreciate how you just played all of JQ's demands to Hammond back to back, then Hammond's response, instead of JQ, then Hammond, JQ, then Hammond, like I've seen others do. It makes it so much less annoying, considering there's no variation in Hammond's response.
It also makes it seem like she's asking for that all at once and Hammond still doesn't think of it as a challenge

I’d hope people would have enough of a brainstem to parse that it’s not one massive block of text. They’re voice lines, small snippets which should only take 2-3 seconds, not a paragraph worth of dialogue.

I love the fact that Doomfist, a man that was so strong that He demolished a whole group of OR-15 bots, is fond of starlings, the most adorable looking bird on the entire planet.
The Owls, penguins and ducks of the world would like to know your location.
Starlings are some of the most aggressive and hostile birds out there.
And also the most dickish ones, overall fits well
I love how damn near half the entire roster is shoving themselves in Zenyatta's business.

@@Apolleh i mean, he's a criminal that could escape any situation given to him just to steal cash he didn't even want fully to himself, he also is astronomically competent at creating his own equipment and high efficiency explosives on par with the high quality ones pharah has all from resources found at a garbage and scrap disposal. Also Winston and tracer unlikely to anyone else like junkrat even though he's a criminal, i think they're taking a chance with him just like with Cass to redeem himself, it's just, y'know, literally growing up in a radiated wasteland raised as a madmax-esque character does not do wonders for one and they need a little bit more time turning more civilized, however junkrat is already quite "tamed", can tell it from his overwatch 2 skin, he's not fully there but he's getting there
I love the character interactions in this game, it lets the personalities of them all shine through.
Same, I love reading and listening to the interactions between characters. It helps build character depth and let us know what their relationship is like to each other.
As a tracer/junk main, the “He’s not with us” made me laugh and cry at the same time
I love the small detail that Winston tells the pilot jokes to the people that fly. (For those who don’t know, Tracer was a pilot)

It took a team of five to attack that kitchen, and soldier wants answers. I myself want to know if there was a wrecking ball in that kitchen. I love the social interactions these characters have, Rammatra is very nice and polite even though he probably hates every single human.
Ram being pretty chill in Omnic form makes a lot of sense to me. At the end of the day he just wants peace and his hatred for humans only really shines through in Nemesis form
I love all of them, so full of personality, i always love seeing them in-game, thx for compiling them! The favorite animal ones are my favorites and before this video, I hadn't seen all of em. I really hope at some point we could actually have everyone's answers! (Lúcio is trying to ask everybody after all!) Im really interested in what would be Ana, Junkrat and Sigma's response...

In Ana's case, I can see her being fond of the Short-Eared Owl. Mei's would be either a yeti, a polar bear, or a type of penguin.
Maybe Sigma's is an Elephant Seal since he questioned why there aren't more of them
my best guess is that sigma would say something like tardigrades or something similiar because of how resilient they are under pressure and he'd find them fascinating. Also because they are adorable

I love how at the end after Zenyatta says what he supposedly did, even characters that have NOTHING to do with him are also questioning it, as if they were actually surprised by the answer.

I assume that's because Michael Chu isn't around anymore. I believe he was the main 'force' behind the gency interactions. Since I never liked or personally thought the ship made much sense, I'm rather glad about it. Though I understand if it's disappointing for the people who like gency.
I think there's more stuff for them in story mode. In one of the story trailers you see both of them talking and the developer mentions how the cutscenes would be different depending on who's chosen, and proceeds to specifically mention Genji and Mercy and how you'd get an update on 'their relationship.'
Could be taken anyway, but nonetheless it's interesting that they were used as an example, and this was after Chu left too.

I’m not sure if it’s what they intended, but I think Sombra may point out the Bigfin Squid in particular because its tentacles look kind of like the lines that appear when she hacks someone

4:50 the way Moira responds Sigma's questions, makes me feel like she just seems to ignores them at first, but proceeds to spend the next 10 minutes just not being able to work at all, bc his questions don't leave her mind, but just stop trying and going "SCREW IT, LET ME GET SOME FROGS AND RUN SOME TESTS!", and I love this Idea
