I don't feel like this is a good video, I have narcolepsy and not all narcoleptics fall asleep anywhere anytime instantly We can fight it for a few minutes and it is called a sleep attack
I don’t have this but I do dream fast when I fall asleep for minutes at a time like I can get sleepy at school fall asleep and dream within 2-minutes and these dreams feel like 7 minutes but then I wake up and it’s like nothing happened and I feel even sleeper after waking up from it and I don’t really fall asleep unless I have a good sleeping schedule if my sleep is all over the place I now have no choice of when I fall asleep and it takes weeks to get it back to normal
Well explained can you tell me the treatment of narcolepsy sleep disorder?

when i had my sleep study- the doc told me i got to REM in 2 minutes
