Creamy Cajun Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken breasts, as much as you want
1 yellow onion
1 bell pepper
Peas and green beans (optional but recommended)
Cajun seasoning (1 or 2 tblspn or more if you like spicy
Cornstarch (optional)
Sauce
Cream 1/2 cup
Chicken broth 1/2 cup
Cumin 1 or 2 teaspoon
Dried parsley (optional, I didn’t use this time)
Salt and pepper for seasoning
Frankly, I just eyeball things and taste and add as needed
