Looks good. Happy to see your channel back. I use half and half potatoes and swede/turnip on mine and always add grated carrots to the meat mix. Here in UK we call it cottage pie with beef mince and shepherd's pie with lamb. ❤

I put 4 fresh garlic cloves in mine and one entire onion plus carrots hehe did you find it was a bit mushy or not?
