    I"ve been broadcasting for an adult camming platform for almost a year now and they are based in California. It's basically my full time job. Tokens earned online from viewers across the world is transferred to $ and then paid out via Paxum into my South African bank account.
    If im visiting the USA and still continue to broadcast whilst I am there a few hours a week, would this constitute working? If so, what kind of visa would I need to get in order for me to travel the USA for a few months whilst also working online to pay for my travels?

    Great day, Jacob!
    I would like to ask as mine is study. My university offers online units and I am hoping to get online units by the time I visit the United States. I wish to go there by December 15 and also visit Canada by January and go back to US by February for my birthday celebration and go home to the PH. In this duration of time, I want to also complete my modules while having a tour. Is that allowed? Thank you, I hope you’ll have the time to read and answer to this message.

    I'm not an immigrant. I'm just a united States citizen. So is my entire family. I have a social security card. Not a foreigner by any means. I'm interested in becoming a student in the UK. I want a house remotely from London now. I haven't applied to schools yet. I'm just looking. Do I need anything to have a remote job from London, since I'm a united States citizen?

    Hello Jacob, thanks for this information, I've a question about to apply a Sponsorship Visa Job, I'm from Mexico City (I'm Mexican citizen even i have familiar ancestry from my great-great-parents who were Spanish/Italian/Argentinian races but I think it doesn't matter about this, I speak fluently english, spanish and a basic Japanese language.). I'm checking to work for an american company applying a Sponsorship Visa. I saw a lot of companies who offers sponsorships visa for foreigners workers and I get specialized as a Graphic Engineer in Digital Multimedia & VFX Digital Artist where I work in multiple areas in designing, programming, animating, managing digital e-commerce & marketing platforms, etc. So, I'm trying to learn new areas and had certifications or any kind or degree for get more opportunities. So, What do you think about for foreigners can apply a sponsorship visa with a strong work area? Also, I would like to ask, Does USA offers freelancers works visa now or not yet? Hope your answer these questions, thanks so much!

    Do I need an EAD (Work Permit) if I want to work remotely for a US company from Pakistan?

    • @PepeGracia-ku1mp
      @PepeGracia-ku1mp Год назад

      No. EAD is for working while you are phisically present in the US and (because of that) you are a US tax resident.
      If you get paid by US company but you're based in your home country, then you need to comply with your home country tax laws, probably freelancing for that US company.

      You can, but it is up to them to allow you to come in and you have to be honest about the process taking place. I wouldn’t recommend it..if they don’t allow it at the security check, it was a waste of money
