A week ago I had a strong reaction to the word ‘Helplessness’. Out of the blue I was struck with the Truth of this word and overcome with a feeling of vibrant joy. It was so unexpected and I’ve spent the days since contemplating it. So tonight I am overjoyed to listen to the beautiful words you have to share on this one word. Thank you Angelo. 🙏🏻❤️
A new body pain is there only during physical activity. As serendipity would have it watched this video while on the treadmill where I could feel into the sensation. Thank you.
I relaxed and got the word "Dugong". Didn't know what this means as usual 😅 and this is what I found online... Dugong reminds us that very little is accomplished through war, and that it is more than possible to lead fulfilling, enriched, lives that are peaceful and gentle. 🙏💓 I needed this ❤️ I will relisten to this as I was distracted 😅 obviously. I am experiencing that and it has been gosh probably a couple years or more. Was that something that you did anything about for lack of a much better phrase lol . shoot super straight with me right now!
Even if individual will is just an illusion, doesn’t it have the capacity to influence direct experience when believed in ?although i can see that individual will and the person having it are imaginary, their potential to influence direct experience makes it difficult for me to dismiss them as illusion and compels me to take them seriously. İs it possible to get past this contradiction ? Thank you 🙏

Dugong is a mammal that lives in waters, north of Australia.
