You missed a step
you missed one of the steps to specify which partition is being handled
@@August_Forsterit just says select disk and clean. Unfortunately what he means is the volume within same disk

Check your hard drive working then try again command
@@techviewer07 when I go to the bios it shows my 500Gb HDD but when I enter the setup it shows 0
Open command prompt and type command
Diskpart enter
List disk enter then show hard drive

When you boot to the usb make sure to wait a few minutes the boot logo will show up again and then the circle loading will show up and the will start the setup
