@@visa2explore but I like food only of Punjab , Rajasthan and Haryana because I stayed in Mumbai of 14 years, where Marathi and South Indian food is horrible, so I use have my meals in any Rajasthani or punjabi hotel😊

How do you compare Lal mans to kosha mangsho?
i have not seen prepration of both these types of dishes... only tasted it... but one thing i am sure is Kosha mangsho was very very thick.. least amount of water used.. while gravy of Lal maans does have water...
