The RM Band is from Commando Training Centre, Royal Marines, as they're wearing the Prince of Wales Plume as their Cap Badge, awarded to the Band of HM Royal Marines, Plymouth Division, many years ago.
CTCRM Band have taken over that role, hence their Prince of Wales Plumes.

The Portsmouth Band of HM Royal Marines at 08.00., in shirt-sleeve order .
(Damn, it must have been VERY hot) ....... with a Corporal doing Drum Major duties.
